Aug 02,2023I have had a few dealings with the company recently where I have picked my wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Great customer services and delivery is fast. The dresses themselves are beautiful but do come up small so I would suggest going up a size or two (especially if you are gifted on top) would recommend this company

Jul 29,2023Absolutely amazing service!! I’m disappointment the dress didn’t work (I’m very tall) but the quality of the dress was great and the dress was absolutely beautiful!! The customer service made the return fast and easy with their quick emails responses. A+ quality in clothing and customer service!!

Jul 28,2023Although I didn't actually keep the items ordered - not because I didn't like them (getting dresses for a wedding and not sure what style to choose for the "theme') they ALL fit perfect)), customer service was TOP notch from beginning to end. Communication was spot on and I am grateful as ordering online can be quite daunting. I appreciate all those involved in helping me throughout the process

Jul 26,2023Great customer service : fast to answer, polite and fast to send the exchanged dress. The dress in itself is incredible for the price, no easy feat when you're plus size. I shouldn't have measured myself with my bra on though. Fully recommend it!

Jul 25,2023Poor quality dresses which they charge you to return. Don’t waste your time and money and just buy on ASOS instead. Edited to add: if you buy for example 3 dresses to try out, they will deduct 5% of their value just for returning them. You also pay for returns postage on top of this. This is not made clear when you buy from them.

I needed to exchange one dress for a bigger size and the customer service I received was so prompt and helpful! I was informed throughout the process with updates on my exchange! I would highly recommend this company!

Jul 21,2023Do not buy from this company unless you don’t want to receive your refund. I sent 4 dresses back and have proof I returned them and they’ve gone ‘missing’. I bought through klarna so they are going to be taking my money. There is nothing more I can do. I have spoken to Ever Pretty who are waiting for my item to arrive yet it’s been nearly a month. Absolute disgrace. I have proof they aren’t in my possession so I should not have to fork out £200 when I don’t even have them. Awful service

Aug 02,2023Ordered according to size chart, arrived quickly but was 2 sizes too big, used chat and got return instructions. Very easy to do and dress received again very quickly. Delighted with dress which is gorgeous and customer service was excellent. Thank you making the whole process as smooth and fantastic as it was. Brilliant quality and price too, will defo use again.
