Agree with the incompetence of this company. You cant download the order confirmation from their website. Tried calling customer support. Sill on hold after 90 minutes.

tried to telephone and was on hold for 1 hour. Awful customer service, difficult to use website and nowhere do you explain that you need the faster check app to upload a covid test!

Do not use this company. I ordered 14 days in advance and paid £60 for a Day 2 PCR test. It did not arrive until Day 5. The instructions on the envelope were also different to those in the leaflet about activating the test online.

Price was in line with other providers. Test arrived as scheduled and after submission, I received an email result within 24hrs. So I would use again.

My test results were returned far too late to use for my flight, even though I booked a month ahead of time, and contacting customer service two days early with concerns they would be late. I had to go to another test provider to get my certificate for my flight, and their customer service completely rejected a refund, despite their service completely failing to deliver what they had promised. Avoid this company, they simply cannot deliver what they promise. Edit - To add the details requested: I ordered my tests on the 2nd of September. On the 3rd of September, I noticed that the order tracker had the dates of my flights the wrong way around, even though I gave my flight numbers etc during the order. I had to contact customer service to get them corrected. I did receive my tests, although I did not get an e-mail to confirm they had been dispatched. I followed the directions exactly to do a Fit To Fly certificate - The test has to be taken within 72 hours of take off. My flight was today (23rd) and so I took the tests on Monday morning (20th), and sent back to the company an hour or so later. I should have received the results on Tuesday or Wednesday. I didn't. On Tuesday I contacted customer services, asking what was happening and reminding them my flight (which they had the details of) was early on Thursday. Late on Wednesday they gave a form reply that results would be 12 to 36 hours from them receiving the samples. Because they couldn't offer any certainty whether I would even get my results before my flight, I was forced to go to another company and get a rapid in person test on Wednesday. There was simply no other option for me to be certain I would have a certificate for Thursday morning. Eventually my Everything Genetic certificate appeared at 2am on Thursday morning. My wife's certificate still hasn't shown up though. So if we had just trusted them we couldn't possibly have flown today. While I appreciate that Royal Mail bear some of the blame here, and their delay in handling the samples makes a difference, Everything Genetic are the customer in that case, not me. I can't complain to Royal Mail, because I didn't pay for the postage. Regardless, the Royal Mail service is part of their product which they sold me on the basis that it would be appropriate for a Fit To Fly test. Further, when I voiced my concerns to Everything Genetic they made absolutely no effort at all to try and get my tests processed quickly. They simply repeated that the turn around was 12 to 36 hours, and that I would not get a refund no matter what. That was their first response on saying that their service had cost me an additional £360 to another company - No refunds. I asked for my complaint to be taken to a manager, but have not heard anything back. It is frustrating that Everything Genetic will respond to a bad review here very quickly, but won't answer the private complaint I made yesterday. I will absolutely push for a refund from Everything Genetic - Their service is not fit for purpose. Had we trusted them, our honeymoon would have been cancelled this morning, and everything we paid to hotels etc would have been lost. The only reason we have made it to Denmark today is because we paid a reputable company to do a rapid test with guaranteed results. It is simply not good enough for a business that people rely on for critical results to say "buyer beware!" and wash their hands when they don't deliver.

I had very bad experience. my travel date was on 17/09/21 and I booked test kit on 16/09/21 for day 2. I didn’t received test kit on day 2 but after calling several times I received test kit on day 5 and waiting for results. Hope I get my results earliest. Due to delay in test my family suffer lots my son didn’t attend school and my self didn’t join for work. When day2 test is mandatory in England how this company will update day2 test on 6th day of travelling. Care full before booking test with this company.

Incompetent is all I can say. I discovered with 40 hours left till my flight that they had failed to provide crucial documentation for the tests as a result I cannot access the platform to submit test results and receive certificates. I have been calling for the past 4 hours and every time I get to the front of the queue they hang up. If I don't get through to you by end of today I will be submitting a claim against you for the tests and all my travel costs caused by your incompetence.

Day 2 test did not arrive until day 3. Test result email arrived on day 9 - however, it was just a blank pdf. on day 12 they sent a second day 2 test. still no result from the original test. avoid

Not recieved my day 2 test kit by the end of day 2 - not even a dispatch note - the Facebook page cannot be found and the phone number fails to connect. Think this is a scam company and will be asking my credit card company for a refund - government needs to properly control who they license to do this

Day 2 test didn't arrive on time, and results have still not been given 5 days after we took and submitted the test. Sent a complaint email to request and they sent us back the WRONG test result from a previous test we ordered with this company following a trip in June 2021. Emailed again and have been ignored. Impossible to get through on customer service phone number as hold time is literally hours and hours long. Order reference is EVERY1077031

Very poor service! Test kit only arrived on day 4 (though ordered 5 days before day 2). No reply to emails about this. But after previous experience with private test providers this is as expected!!

I am on DAY 3 and still waiting for my Day 2 test kit. I ordered it way ahead of when I was travelling back and they could not simply make it... Anybody know how to report this SCAM provider to the UK Government? Stay away!

I ordered a Day 2 kit on 15/08/21, in preparation for a holiday I took in September. I was told it would arrive on Day 2 after my holiday (20/09/21) and that I would be informed when it is dispatched. A Day 2 kit actually arrived a couple of days after my order in August. No email to confirm and when I logged in to manage my order, it still said my kit had not been dispatched and that it would arrive on Day 2 (20/09). I spent over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone who confirmed the kit sent in August was the right one to use. I had also sent an email asking the same questions - they replied a day later saying that they had no record of the test sent in August and one was sent to me on 18/09, which was not true - nothing was delivered on that day. So all very confusing! I did however get the results quite promptly after sending in my sample, using the kit sent to me in August. I felt I had to follow up on email to ensure that test kit was really linked to my account, given the confusion and total failure of their website to show up to date information about your order. A very disorganized company with poor customer service. Seems to be pretty shambolic - emails from their customer care team were marked as coming from 'training' for example. I would not recommend using them. PS: Everything Genetic have contacted Trustpilot to flag this review as false and I have sent in the documentation to prove it is true! Couldn't get more ridiculous.

This company managed to withdraw money twice from my account and now it seems like I will never get my money back. It seems like a scam company. The full story: I was traveling to London from Denmark and had to order a day 2 PCR test in advance. I first tried to order from EverythingGenetic, but twice it only produced an error in the browser, when specifying payment details. Giving up on this, I chose an alternative vendor (Brunswick Hygiene) which immediately send a confirmation mail, and continuously sent me updates up till my journey. In London I all of a sudden received the test kit, but to my surprise EverythingGenetic also send a test kit (one test kit, but still charging me for two). I did of course not send in the everythingGenetic test, as I was under the impression, that I never bought it, given: error in browser, no confirmation mail(not even in spam filter!) and no other indication, that I should have bought the kit. I did send in the Brunswick Hygiene test, and a couple of days later I received the test answer, which was sent from EverythingGenetic! Apparently EverythingGenetic also handles other companies test kit. So bottom line: EverythingGenetic has charged me twice - and tried to provide me a single test kit, for which the order never succeeded, and I never got any confirmation. Brunswick Hygiene apparently uses EverythingGenetic as a service for testing. I have tried to call EverythingGenetic several times. The only thing that happens when you get through the queue, is a call tone and then you eventually get pushed back as number one in the queue. I have asked 3 times for them to call back(an option when calling them) nothing has happened. I have written to them on their webpage, no response, and not even a confirmation email. So I wonder if I will ever see my 120 GBP again? This company seems like a scam and I will not recommend any to use it!

Initial response to my order was good and all tests delivered early. However contact with customer services regarding my order for a fit to fly test went unanswered and that was disappointing. Asa consequence I decided to book a fit to fly test with another provider as there was no guarantee the results would come through in time from your company as I had to post the package over the weekend when the post office do not collect or deliver. As things worked out the results arrived on Sunday and all was well thank you but the stress of not knowing if the result would come through proved difficult. When your travelling you want guarantees not uncertainty.

The two day test came on day four so not very useful and I would have thought contravened the government rules, so a waste of time. The stick u put up your nose was nice and soft.
