Would definitely recommend. Easy to apply for. Delivered before we arrived home. Did the test for day 2 and sent off the day after by just taking to a post box. Got the results a few days later.
The tests arrived on time, instructions were clear and results were sent the next day. I had a query so emailed and got a response from customer services straight away Good service.
Had no choice of course but to be tested when returning from Amber country. The instructions were clear. Nice clear font. Result arrived the day after I posted it which was efficient. I thought £60 was a lot of money but that was the going rate and so had to be paid.
AVOID AND KEEP YOUR MONEY ive been asking for 3 weeks to cancel my kit and refund me. After 6 phone calls and 5 emails finally got through. They said they don’t have my emails which is odd as they emailed me with another issue. Then Tom admitted if you leave your number ect they don’t ring you back. Now saying as today is outside my 14 days refund limit. I don’t get a refund. SAVE YOYR MONEY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.
Avoid using Everything Genetics, there are many other high quality testing services available. They either seem to not care about basic customer service, or are greedily taking on more customers than they can handle. Chose to use Everything Genetics as P&O Ferries recommends them for some puzzling reason. Don't cause yourself stress by using them. Among the reasons to avoid them. - The links emailed to view your receipt/manage order don't work and show "order not found". - They either don't pick up the phone or are VERY slow to (I was on hold for 45 minutes to request my refund). - They offer a call back service. However I requested a call back three times and never got a call back. - When using the "request your order number" link they send you a blank email without the order number. - The terminology used for testing packages are confusing and unclear what tests you're actually ordering. A truly awful service. Ended up using recommended testing services on the moneysavingexpert website which were spot on, these companies also had 4.5 or greater trust pilot score.
I landed on Friday afternoon, and took the test on Saturday, sending the kit through a priority box early on Saturday. The lab said they got my kit at 13:50 on Sunday, causing me to miss my flight as I didn't have the results, costing me hundreds of pounds. There was no mention of tests sent on Saturday taking over 48 hours.
In line with immigration police, I had booked a day2 test to be delivered to my holiday accommodation. We arrived in the UK on Friday 17 September the delivery was schedule for day2 on the 19/09. I did not receive the test kit and upon visiting your website I was given the second appointment on Wednesday 22/09 and again no delivery was made. I left the UK on Friday 24/09. This is completely unacceptable as it is in breach of immigration laws, and had cause undue stress waiting 2days at the accommodation for the delivery and We never received the service that we paid for.
Absolutely terrible experience and service. I would strongly advise NOT to use this company. I was in Germany for a short work trip and unable to use their rapid antigern test to enable my flight home to the UK. I couldn’t register my test with them. I emailed, left tickets in their online portal, requested call backs and spend over 1 hour on the phone on their ridiculous waiting system where I waited as caller 17 all the way down to 1 just for the phone to keep ringing and ringing. I had to rush, in a frantic state to the airport and pay an additional €40 for another rapid antigern test from another provider. Their customer service is shocking. No one got back to the phone call back request, they emailed two days later (after I had returned hone) in response to my online messages with the pathetic excuse that they are busy. Unbelievable service. I still haven’t managed to get a refund 3 weeks later. Since then (now December) I have rang on various occasions and sent many emails to receive a refund. I have been told on the phone that a manager is needed to authorise the refund and they will get in touch. They haven’t returned any calls and don’t get back via email either. I am now forced to open a dispute with my bank to claim the refund this way. It just adds another stress to your travel so AVOID and use another company.
Second day test arrived 1 week after it was supposed to arrive. I got it after I complained. Same thing happened with friends who have used this company. Test arrived some days later after complaining.
Took 4 days for them to give me the results for a fit to fly PCR test I needed for the government issued 3 days negative test before travel. Then they wouldn’t guarantee I would get the results in time so had to pay another company for a same day PCR test which was £160 on top of what I paid this company. Would not trust this company again

To be honest I was quiet concerned about travelling and having to take test, thought all was confusing, however all the test I’ve done with everything genetic has been very simple, well explained and easy to do, am using them again next week, great company great system well organised and quick with results.

Absolutely dreadful. Did not send the package on time. Therefore I had to call them and was staying on hold for 45 minutes. Agreed to send another pack, received and did the test at home on Thursday and posted on the same day. Delivered to them on Friday and did not send me the results until Saturday 08:30pm, flight was at 10:00pm. So missed the floght... Do not use their service, stay awat. FRAUDS
Short review: The PCR testing service works as advertised. I received results 72 hours after I dropped my sample into a priority post box. Long review: I read a few concerning news articles about the lack of government supervision of private Covid-19 testing services (missing/late/damaged swab kits). However, out of necessity (travel), I booked a "Day 2 PCR Test" with Everything Genetic Limited. To my pleasant surprise, my experience getting a test with this company was overwhelmingly positive. My testing kit arrived punctually on day 2 after my return. After posting my sample, I received results within 72 hours. The post-sales service was responsive and courteous (even on a Saturday).
The kit had arrived up to date, everything was clearly explained (unfortunately only in english, it can be a problem for foreigners touring like me; don't forget the test Day 2 is necessary to foreigners to enter UK), easy (but unpleasant...) to do, to send to the laboratory, results received on my email address. If I ever have to do an other test in the future, I probably will choose Everything Genetic again. Funny: the receipt said that I would be arriving on January 1st 1970!!!!!! No problem at the border!
Great experience With a previous terrible experience with another covid testing lab - I was very scared to try any other provider. Everything Genetic however, has been great. Tests arrived on time and customer support was extremely responsive - special thanks to Thomas and Charlotte. I was worried about getting my results on time as I had to travel within the country, but I was provided tracking numbers and updates throughout the whole process. My partner has also previously used EG services for Day 2 and 8 tests - no problems either. Recommend.
If I could give less than one star, I would. My sample arrived at your lab on sept 30 @ 1100 am. I received my fit to fly @ Oct 2 5:15 pm!!! After my flight, and no good for tomorrow’s rebooked flight! I missed my flight and had to completely rebook to Canada Pay for a hotel and now I am frantically looking for an emergency PCR TEST. This has cost me hundreds
It was a very simple and efficient service. Could not have asked for more. The results came through very quickly.

Took the test upon return, posted it on Monday as in the two day time.Today received a positive result. Wednesday . So quick and efficient. Wonder why the price is so high but all the other companies are too so must take into account amount of clinicians involved.
