Jun 03,2021I purchased a day 2 Covid test with them. I received the test on time and completed it on my day 2. However, I couldn't activate it as the website does not work properly and sends me in circles (activate test - write the tube barcode number - activate test, and signs me off). It is now 48 hours since I completed my test (they state they will send results 12 to 36 hours after receiving the sample) and I haven't received my results or a call back (I tried calling 3 times).

Jun 02,2021I wish there was a zero star! This company has to be a scam, I purchased 2 day 2 covid kits, via the UK gov website when filling out the customer locator form, which is now a legal requirement in order to return to the Uk after entering a green list country. They never included any reference number on the order, which meant we were unable to complete our forms. On check in at the airport we were advised the UK government will not allow entry without this reference number. After over 1 hour on HOLD on the phone to them we were still caller no 31! As we were going to miss our return flight's and with a 6 month old infant in tow, we were left with no other option then purchasing a 2nd test via alternative company. I have mailed endlessly and called for over one week and they have not responded, they now have a recorded message which states they will not tolerate any abusive behavior, (thats IF you're lucky enough to ever get hold of anyone!). I think that says it all, they are a total scam, will be reporting them to trading standards and the government, obviously they have friends in high places, how they became no1 on the gov site baffles me! please avoid them at all costs, how they can expect to get any test correct is alarming, given they cant get any admin right! Complete shambles.

Jun 01,2021Overpriced Test to Release kit is promised to deliver results within 24-36 hours, well its been well over 48hrs and still nothing. I am already sending in the results for the day 8 test, which makes this an absolutely useless service! AVOID!!! You should mention on the website that there is no mail delivery on weekends and bank holidays and to not post your kits on Saturdays! As states on covguard. com/products/covid-19-test-to-release-reduce-your-travel-self-isolation-period: "This is the most accurate test to detect infection. Our service is fast with a 24-36 hour turnaround of results from receipt of your sample at our lab. " This is false advertisement!

Jun 01,2021Poor- for the amount they charge for kits I would expect better- I ordered my kits a week ago and still not arrived- avoid this outfit. Still not responded to emails- getting daily calls from NHS hounding me about my test results.

May 30,2021I arrived back in the UK and the day 2 tests have not even been dispatched even though I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago. Please reach out to me and send me the tests I paid for.

May 29,2021I have paid for 2 day 2 COVID tests, the money has been taken but I have received no contact from the company at all. I have spent an hour on hold on 2 occasions, left voicemails and sent emails all of which have been ignored. Shocking service, I do not know if my tests will even turn up.

Apr 27,2021This company in partnership with Latus Health provides a terrible PCR test service. I have not heard anything from either company regarding my day 8 test and am at risk of being fined. Customer service lines do not really exist. Been on the line to this company for 1 hour and couldn't speak to anyone, and only half of it was on hold. The other half of the time the phone just continuously rang with no one picking up. There is never anyone that will respond to your call, it is just a misleading lie. Please do not use this company to take your PCR tests upon arrival to the UK!

Jun 03,2021I used Everything Genetic's tests for test to release, day 2 and day 8 testing, as well as fit to fly. Everything went smoothly and I received the results on time for my travel and release.
