Jun 09,2021The test to release kit came on day 4, which was great. I took the test on Sunday, my day 5. Yesterday (day 7) I checked my account on everything genetics and it showed my test result. THEY DO NOT EMAIL, SO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT STATUS! Other than this, I'm very happy with the processing time :)

Jun 09,2021Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Shannon at Everything Genetic. She was really helpful whilst we were in Portugal but even more so when we got home and I realised I had ordered the wrong tests for my return. She gave five star customer service and I will not hesitate to use this company again

Jun 09,2021We ordered 2 Test to Release 5 day kits from this company. No email or message to say our results are ready but after 34 hours (of 12-36 when they state you'll receive your results) when logging into their website Barcode NS020971314 (barcode from the test tube) says “We must enter the 14 digit serial number” of which is not present. As it states on the instructions “Your test kit has already been activated by the company you purchased the kit from. No online test kit activation is required by you”. After not receiving a test result for one kit but a negative for the other we are appalled at the lack a customer service. We have emailed them several times and tried calling yesterday 3 times to be on hold for over an hour, after being in a que, just to get an answer machine message saying they will call back in 24 hours. We needed our results back as soon as possible as we want to visit our son’s grave.

Jun 07,2021My experience was good with these guys, day 5 test delivered 2days prior test date, simple instructions. Got results after 24-36hours. Sent email to ask where my results for the other kit on 35th hour and got results and a reply to my email later.

Jun 07,2021I ordered a Day 2 kit which arrived on time. Unfortunately, the swab stick in the kit was broken, making it unusable. I have phoned and emailed in the early afternoon but failed to receive a response either way. Edit: Details requested - booking reference was EVERY0007418

Jun 06,2021I used Everything Genetic for my test and found no issues. Process was followed and my results were with me within the 36 hrs stated. Well worth it.

Jun 05,2021Please avoid this company by all means. I don't understand how they are listed on the UK government website and they are able to do this to people using their service. I am beginning to think I have been scammed. I am travelling this evening and sent off my PCR (fit to travel (NS021077729) test since Thursday before 8am! I have tried calling them but no one ever seems to pick up the phone. I have sent over 7 to 10 emails. Not a single reply! This company doesn't seem to understand the gravity of added distress they are causing people that are already dealing with loss! My advice is to stay well clear of them. Update: I added my Sample tube barcode. Isnt that the information you need? I have sent over 7 emails and not a single response! Once again, this is my sample tube number: (NS021077729) I have looked in my spam and inbox and like I said, not a single response. I have even used my other email addresses just to be sure it isn't a domain issue but still no response. I am due to fly out this evening. What more can I say or what info do you want? I sent the sample kit back before 8m on Thursdays. Please be more specific of what information you want! Final Update: So I am changing my review from a 1 star to 3 stars. Reason for this is they did resolve my issue. Massive thanks to a person by the name Beverly. This person got in touch with me via email and was really helpful as to resolving my issue. They even went as far as updating me almost every hour and as soon as my result was available, emailed me to let me know. I think the company is currently overwhelmed and under pressure. Hopefully bit by bit, people's test results will be available. Needless to say they need to employ more people to man the phones and respond to emails.

Jun 05,2021This company does not deliver its government contract. No customer service. My day 2 test results have still not arrived on day 8. You can't call them (there is a "call back service" on which noone ever calls you back), and they will not reply to emails. Waste of time and money. I wish there was an official way to complain so that they would be struck off the official list of test providers on the gov.uk website

Jun 04,2021I wish I'd read here before I bought- don't bother. It won't save you time only cause you stress! Test was already later in arriving than stated. Taken test no notification of result look on line brilliant negative, click.download NOTHING. I mean no proof no download! Ring help line request a call back NOTHING, tried 3 times hours later still nothing. Write 2 emails NOTHING. It's now cost me extra money to get test and release result and still stay in my own home. Way to go Everything Genetics Ltd. Customer service non existent and they strongly mention abusive phone calls in their recorded message, I am not surprised they suffer this company needs taking.off Gov.uk.

Jun 04,2021I wish I had read the google reviews first... Because this would have been a clear warning sign NOT to book any tests with Everything Genetics!! Appalling customer service, tests arriving late, and the result report is not downloadable from ANY browser (and we have tried all of them). I'm ashamed to see that this company is based in the Nantwich Football Clubhouse in my family's hometown Nantwich and I will for sure go and check it out in person because this is just a scam company!

Jun 04,2021This is the worst company ever in the history of reliability and service. With all the negative reviews, you would expect they would improve but that doesn’t seem to be the case in Everything genetic. On day 9 and still no results for my day 2 test which was sent twice! No one responds to either calls or emails. You should shut your company down.

Jun 04,2021Purchased 2 x Day 2 and 8 tests. Day 2 tests received and processed but day 8 tests never received. Disgusting that this is a DHSC approved testing provider as their service leaves customers in breach of government regulations. Company never respond to email or phone. Hilarious - after not responding to to phone or email They respond almost instantly to Trustpilot reviews! Company now responded to try and justify by saying they send day 8 results separately - We know that, Day 2 tests were completed, Day 8 tests were never sent and we are now beyond Day 12 meaning it was a complete waste of money!

I chose this company based on reviews From day one every question was answered politely and promptly. The tests were sent out ahead of time to ensure they would be ready to use on the specified dates. Easy to use good explanations and results back within the 24hrs. Very impressed and will use again

I would imagine they have to work with a number of people who are stressed as they navigate the complicated world of PCR testing. Somehow this incredible team seem to keep a cool head and resolve queries quickly and amicably.

Jun 03,2021My experience with this company hasn't been good. I ordered my test-to-release kit but it never arrived. After a long time of trying to reach their support I finally managed to reach them by writing a review here on Trustpilot. I see that there is a lot of people calling and a high demand for this kind of service but it is not acceptable when it says that the delivery will arrive in 1-2 days and then never arrives. Although my experience with the support was nice and I'm getting a refund at least. So for the product & delivery I'll give them 1 star because it never arrived but 4 stars for the customer support as they helped me out. So my review will be 3 stars. Hope this company improves its customer experience in the future.
