Tried to do a password resent and wouldn’t let me. I have answered security questions correct and no way of resetting.
I wanted to retire at 60, because of my continued failing health problems. But now I will have to carry on until i'm 65. I will probably not live that long, so that is why I WANT TO RETIRE NOW!. Many thanks for ruining my life, totally and utterly causing me extreme disappointment. I was looking forward to actually enjoying the rest of my life, but some miserable jobsworth now says I cannot have what is in actual fact my money!
Over the past 3.5 years that I have been working with Radius I have always had 1st class service within your department and all others.

It took 2 weeks to get a reply. One person's reply was different to the next - with no explanation.
I have bad experience with this company.I have sent couple emails ,I was asking about help and still quiet.I can not register and log in to my account.So I pay pension every month but I can not see the money as I have no account, long story.
No paperwork given, I have no contacts.

Took ages to sort from old account with my old employment. When finally sorted tried to combine this to my existing pension as a transfer but the long winded process makes it virtually impossible as I work full time and don't have indispensable amount of my free time sorting it out . Might as Well cash it in now .

Only paid very small amount into this pension unhelpful you cannot get a refund even if admin charge applied for very small pension

Aug 27,202210 days to respond to an email !! ..Got through on phone once, staff were helpful but then when you file the information requested after the phone call online message another 10 days to get a response by email. Just tried to cash in a small pension lump sum of £2k...you'd think they were selling the crown jewels....email response says 30 days to process....Been dealing with my other pension providers for much bigger sums ALL pension actions and sorted on the phone or by secure links in 3 to 10 days. Evolve you take way too long to do anything.
