I have not been able to log into my account for six months.You have some bug in the system. This is unacceptable.
I found the use of the website easy to follow,the instructions seem straight forward and weren’t difficult to understand,I only go on to check my pension total
The information was not self explanatory and user friendly. Needs to be more basic and simple for a layman with visual pictues and word based. Thank you.

Since leaving a company and working for myself have had no contact on how to pay into my pension from my earnings.Also my pension pot seems to have under performed in comparison to my other pension.
Got this pension through the JIB scheme. Good pension, always paid on time, excellent administrative team, always deal with concerns quickly and issue regular statements. Defiantly recommend.

I have previously asked the question as to what and how my pension is being run, but have never got a reply. What do I get from pension, Can I cancel it at anytime, What percentage am I putting in and how much of it is being matched by my employee?
Recently i contacted people's pension to demand for the contribution i made Because i need money to settle my bills and i don't want to reinvest the money. I received a lot of emails demanding for bank statement. despite my earlier photo identity,copy of my valid international passport. and bank statement. They are requesting for three months statement,i visited the bank to request for it and i had sent it to sheila Smith. in members services department for necessary action. I am still expecting the money to be paid into my bank account as stated in the statement. if they refused i may take alternative steps to get the money. I was sent some forms,which i filled and send back to them with my document what is the problem? I am entitled to collect my savings. Please pay me the money Eghosa izevbigie Agbonwaneten

I never chose you, my old work pension was transfered and when I can get the details I will transfer my balance to another provider.
So far the experiance has been good but it is not concluded yet so i cannot give a finalised opinion,although you still have my names round the wrong way as you have been informed it should be Julian Green

Still trying to access my pension. Apart from the long delay in replying it seems they are asking for extra info every time and delaying the process. Still trying.
