I have asked several times how I transfer my pension as I’ve got a new job so been enrolled in another pension scheme, I don’t seem to be getting any answers

Need to update the future pension forecast more often , I’m paying a lot into my pension and monitor it on a weekly basis , the pension calculator doesn’t seem right to me ? Pension bee seems a lot more accurate
Have tried to get my spls payment, sent the paperwork in november 2021 for feb 2022 for my 65 birthday, still have not recieved payment though post office says has been delivered, trying to contact them is terrible, just given up on ever getting the money from the peoples pension as this is not the only company doing it.
My experience with this company seems to be on a parallel universe compared to the other reviews, Evolve has always communicated well and pretty much done whatever I've requested with my pension. There is however the up to 10 working day waiting for email response, however they generally take less time to respond and do sort things out pretty well and are courteous.
It's taken nearly five months and my pension is still not transferred. Issue after issue from a company that creates their own polices then claims it as legislation while all other pension companies do not have these issues. Goes along with a 10 working day reply time which is ridiculous. Seem to need a letter from God to transfer my own pension. Awful company and will advise everyone to never use. Complaint logged with both FCA and Pension Ombudsman.
Absolute disgrace of company, been trying to transfer my money out to my own private pension and they finding excuses not to, or making new forms to send out, iv had numerous other pension companies who sorted it months ago, yet these keep just sending more forms or excuses, or just dont reply to emails letters or phone calls. They have no line to ring to actually speak to someone, instead you leave a message and never get back to you. Your better going to the ombudsman if you need your money out. 6 months in and this is my next port of call as there beyond a joke. From response: nope, I have spoken to nobody, I have however had an email saying I'm still to send my forms in AGAIN, 2nd time iv sent the forms in and your saying you haven't received them, even tho post office tracking says you have received them. Just seems to get worse
I am writing as a company owner and feel, as all the other awfu reviews, here, and elsewhere, are valid. Awful to do business with and then charge ridiculous fees fo corrections to issues not of our making. And they cant blame the pandemic as I have found them useless from day one, several yars ago. Looking to move our scheme ASAP
I had my pension set up with Evolve through an employer and since leaving the company I have tried to transfer my pension to a new provider but they refuse every time or come up with some excuse why it can't be done. It's been over 6 months since I initially requested the transfer and still no transfer. You can't speak to anyone on the phone and their email has a 10 day response time which they frequently miss. I've reported them to the pensions regulator and will be reporting them to the police today but I've given up any hope of seeing my pension money again. AVOID THIS COMPANY ! IT'S FRAUD
A previous employer set up a pension plan with Evolve. In the meantime I moved jobs and I'm trying to transfer the contributions that I made into Evolve, so that I can consolidate my pensions. However, after months of back and forth, nothing happens. There is a transfer form that I need to fill in, but there is always something wrong. The latest: I need to sign every single statement I make on the form, because Evolve thinks that the receiving pension scheme filled the form themselves instead of me (and they said as much in their email replies). It's very difficult to do business with this company and I do not recommend it.
Pretty telling when you write a review about a company who thinks it's okay to not respond to actual customer requests until you start threatening them, but can find the time to respond to a public complaint on TrustPilot 26 minutes after you publish a complaint. Horrible company
Disgraceful company. All phone calls go to voicemail and calls are not returned. Web contact form says a 10 day response time which they don't meet. Only way to get a response from them is to threaten action against them. Avoid at all costs. They should be investigated and shut down

Aug 08,2022Have been paying in to the company pension for 11months, haven't received any paperwork, statement or welcome pack. Chased with an email got one reply and nothing after I asked a question. I only know I'm paying in because of the deduction showing on my payslip.
