The fund fees are really expensive. It is almost impossible to find out the specsheet of the investment product you are investing in. I would definitely not use this platform if I was not forced by the company I work with

No correspondence, no advice.waist of time
been trying to claim my pension since 8th july after sending off the forms. Had no confirmation back that the form had been received. So rang twice to be told that i should get an e-mail the last phone call being on the 4th august still awaiting e-mail reply. Would like to know at some stage what is happening about my pension. not very happy with the service i have received
Quick response and efficient company
In my first query I have received instructions to go to a link that didn't work. I have insisted a second time and more than 15 days have passed without any answer.
Wanted to transfer my saving over to my sipp pension, just nothing from them. All that I needed was an account number, which they couldn't even provide me with. My general thought's about this company are once they get hold of your money it's gone for ever.
Can’t even access my pension details as the system won’t let me access and the contracted staff can’t help me get back into my account either. not happy would be an understatement !

3 years ago I tried to transfer my pension. To date (2022) I have not managed this. I have given up and so did Fidelity who tried to help me. Dreadful dreadful company.
Worst Company ever, takes weeks to reply to you, I've filled of t 3 transfer forms now and still having issues! They make it as difficult as possible to get out.
