What a terrible company they take ages to respond to any requests for information and then respond with we cant help you with that. Customer service is poor statements out of date or missing and the wrong dates added to pension contributions
They do not feel like a proper trustworthy company. Customer service is terrible with long delays waiting for responses to queries and responses often unhelpful and unclear, leading to another long wait (over a week) for anyone to bother responding again, often leading to me giving up with them. I have been left feeling like they really don't want people contacting them. Compared to other helpful and responsive pension companies, these are terrible and I want my money out now while I have the time. I would hate to be in a position where I actually need something from them (urgently).
Kept up to date
Tried to transfer a pension into Evolve Pensions it has took ages (6 months). My wife transferred a pension into another company took 4 days. Poor service from start to finish.
I have been retired for a month. I requested a form re my pension found this to complicated. No body has contacted me yet.
I receive emails and can login. I would like to see the contributions and the growth separately.

Firstly, I tried to name my beneficiary but filling in the form online was difficult as the boxes were off the screen so we had to scan our paper copy afterwards. When eventually we received communication my husband's name was spelt wrong
Can’t tell your like until I claim my pension?
Difficult to contact - Only email queries possible. 10 day response time. Poor Customer service.

Terrible, I have lost all details of my pension and no one can help me with accessing my info or changing my address or details or even finding out how much is in my pension! Awful
User friendly portly and also helpful staff when required
I’ve no idea never had to contact this company yet? It’s just mandatory to have a work place pension and I’m not near age of retirement so until I retire I can’t leave a fair review! But now I’ve looked into the scheme my old pension provider was earning me more money per annum, a difference of £150. Same contributions from employer and myself , may have to revert to old provider.
Overall pretty decent. Because of the times though, can be a little slow communicating.
