Feb 14,2017We had a wonderful time at the Hamilton Beach Resort in Nevis.The entire team provided us with outstanding customer service ! I wanted to thank you both for the outstanding service you provided us with. The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. Unforseen situations occur (as happened with our condo), but the true measure of customer service is how the management handles it. I am happy to report that they handled it brilliantly and did everything they could to find the best solution. I have been fortunate enough to stay at many 5 star resorts (Four seasons, etc) and I can say without hesitation that the service you and your team provided topped all of our expectations. Keep up the good work !

Feb 14,2017We have used the services of Exceptional Villas twice. Both times the services has been excellent. They have a large number of exceptional properties available. They know the properties and are able to guide you to a perfect choice. Once we selected a property they also provided great services in organizing car rental, airport transportation services and stocking initial groceries. Also they were responsive to our needs and concerns. I have recommended them to others and will use them again.

It was everything they said it was going to be, no unpleasant surprises that can happen with online rentals. The ladies were super professional, got back to me quickly, took care of transfers, reservations, tennis lessons ect... I would highly recommend.

Jan 18,2017This is the first time I have ever booked a villa, generally we will stay in a hotel. This year a special year I turn 60, and I wanted my boys 28 and 24 to come with me. I decided a villa would be the best bet and started my search. I first dealt with Yvonne from exceptional villa's I had no sooner sent her an inquiry email and my phone rang asking how she could help me. There were quite a few emails, phone calls but I settled on a villa. I went to trust pilot to read the reviews I was hesitant because it was my first time doing this. The villa was booked then she handed me over to Julie, who is the most wonderful concierge. I counted the emails we have had over 30 back and forth, she answered all my questions. She booked the expedited check in once we land, a car she arranged to be delivered to our villa. Also, she booked two excursions for us for the week we are in Barbados and I asked her to book restaurants for each evening which she gladly did. I gave her times and where I would prefer to sit, yes I am an A type personality. I am so happy I found exceptional villas and their stellar staff that works for them. We leave in a few days for our trip. I am confident things will go smoothly and am so excited for our special trip.

Jan 17,2017Noreen and Emma went above and beyond to help us get everything in order for our vacation. We were celebrating our father's 80th birthday and it went off without a hitch. We needed a lot of last minute assistance and there was never an issue. Everything was taken care of and we never worried for a second. We hope to work with them again in the future. Our time in Jamaica was simply perfect. We really relaxed and felt like we didn't have to do anything. Leeford, Danny and the entire staff were wonderful.

Jan 10,2017From the beginning when we booked our villa in Jamaica in March for a December vacation the team at Exceptional Villas (Emma and Noreen) held our hands the whole way. Every question was answered promptly and everything turned out exactly as they had promised. Even though they were in Ireland emails would be answered promptly obviously even when they were not at the office. The extra effort goes a long way! Would definitely use this Company again
