Dec 17,2024Good quality stylish sports clothes and they always fit really well, and they are very comfortable, great customer service too. I rarely have any issues with my purchases, if I do it's quickly resolved. The only criticism is that they can be a little expensive, but they are good quality and wash well.

Dec 17,2024it's not logical, you cant add things to your basket, it keeps bringing the VIP offer up instead, hard to log in if you don't want to be ripped off by the VIP savings, lesson learned a long time ago!!

Dec 16,2024Be careful VIP membership that is a bit not clearly shown when you making a purchase. They will charge you £55/ month without even letting you know. I’ve managed to have a refund with my bank because Fabletics refused to refund me for the VIP membership after explaining that I didn’t intended to purchase a VIP membership and I don’t want it .Make sure you cancel first with them the membership and after ask your bank for a refund explaining what’s happened.

Dec 16,2024As many others have said, this company is a predatory scammer. They do not make it clear that once you agree to VIP membership you will automatically be charged £54.99 monthly. When you write to complain about this they simply send a standard response (as they have with many of these complaints). Please do not buy goods from this company as they have no morals. There goods are no better than many other reputable companies who won't sting you for a fortune! One very unhappy (and poorer) customer

Dec 15,2024Clothes are decent quality but VIP member model is predatory, if you sign up it'll charge you £55 without any reminder before payment. Pricing on the site is also not great showing items with over the top discounts etc to make them seem like a better deal than they are. Navigation of the site is a bit annoying as well: the filtering options say they're filtering by available size but aren't actually.

Dec 14,2024Really nice leggings which I love, but I hate your VIP membership with a passion - I wish you would scrap it! I would 100% have purchased so much more from you if you just sold like a normal online shop and made your discounted VIP prices your actual prices! Would regularly pay £20-£30 for leggings but £70+ is too much for the products you offer. Cancelled my membership in the end because I got sick of skipping it every month or being stung with a £50 bill if I forgot.
