Dec 11,2024Never buying from you again. Refusing to refund me when providing tracking info. Conning a woman on statutory maternity leave out of £44.20 shame on you! After multiple correspondences over email trying to get me to sign up to your loyalty saying how much you value your customers it’s a joke! Wish I read the trust pilot reviews before ordering. Wouldn’t have had to of returned if items was good quality as described and fitted correctly as per size guide! All I wanted was some more supportive bras and tops while being on maternity and now I can afford any more clothes with you withholding those funds. This company was miles better several years ago. Will not be purchasing from you ever again.

Dec 10,2024just coming back to you after being disappointed the last time I tried the power hold leggings .. I am still wearing powerhold ones from at least 6/7 years ago and hoping I am just as happy with this order .. definitely the best leggings ever

Dec 10,2024I do not normally write reviews, but my experience today of Fabletics is appalling. I ordered a number of items, enticed but the 2 leggings for £19, I recieved my order, kept 2 pairs of leggings and 2 tops, but when I received my refund, the offer hasn't been applied. I have been advised that the system applies the discount to 2 random pairs and if you return those 2 you pay the 60% price instead of receiving the offer. Apparently you should check what 2 this is applied to when ordering. I have since spent over 50 minutes on a web chat, on which you have to constantly repeat yourself as you are passed to different agents for no apparent reason, the last agent ended the call as I asked where in their Ts and Cs it stated this. I have then tried phoning, currently 20 minutes in and still 11th in the queue, also tried another web chat to cancel but got to number 13 and kicked off of that chat. Its a shame because the clothes seem good quality, but I feel their offers are very misleading and csutomer service is shocking

Dec 10,2024Exactly what everyone else is saying. I was enticed through an Instagram ad. Purchase a few pairs of shorts and then a week or so later, £55 drops out of my account. Sadly my partner suffered the same fate, so we are £110 out of pocket.

The leggings are actually great quality, not had a problem with the product itself it's the aftermath when they are charging you £54.99 for a monthly subscription which is absolute crap to say the least. A few months after I got my leggings back in March 2024. I happened to check my bank and Fabletics charged me £54.99 without my knowledge or consent in June 2024. I rang the bank ,my bank cancelled and blocked the merchant. I have not bought any products since and will not buy from a company who exploits customers and most likely exploits employees. December 2024 checked my bank again and to my surprise Fabletic has took £54.99 again after 6 months when I haven't even looked in their direction. STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️

Dec 09,2024This company is a HUGE SCAM!!! I ordered a pair of leggings for £19 on offer from the website only for a further £55 to be taken out of my bank account a month later. Due to unknowingly subscribing to a VIP membership that was written in the fineprint upon purchase. Trying to get a refund is near impossible as no one answers when you try to ring! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING BASTARDS!

Dec 08,2024Ordered leggings without noticing impossibly small fine print which highlights £55 PER MONTH payment is taken to get an introductory offer. What i thought cost me £19 has now cost me £74. To then process a complaint/ cancel a membership it takes hours on the phone and speaking to a human seems impossible. It says to login through my account but i do not have an account which makes it quite obvious i'm not a "member". Avoid this company like the plague.

Dec 08,2024SCAM. Entice with VIP offer. It appears (intentionally) to be a sign up to newsletter to redeem offer - like is the usual. But in the small print you are actually signing up to VIP monthly payments of £54. It's incredibly misleading and it does not make sense for a company to do this. I will never use them again and from what I have read so many others won't either so what benefit long term is this to the company.

Dec 07,2024Here’s a version warning others: “Beware of this company—they are the biggest scammers out there! I can only imagine how much money they make by scamming people. When you check out, they sneakily ask you to confirm terms and conditions, but what you’re really signing up for is a £54 monthly membership locked in for an entire year! Many people probably don’t even realize it until it’s too late. If you try to cancel, you’ll be stuck on hold for two hours, and when someone finally answers, they’ll hang up on you. Avoid this company at all costs—these will be the most expensive leggings you ever buy!”

Dec 07,2024Warning. My 19 year old daughter who has just started work bought her mum a present from this company. The present arrived on time and all was good. Until the following month a further £54.99 has been taken from her account. The reason for this is in their email, in very small writing they say that if you don't opt out you are actually signing up to a monthly subscription. This company should be closed down for conning people. I will be taking this to the trading standards on Monday unless my daughter received a full refund. I have a call with them in 1 hour.

Dec 07,2024SCAM - READ THE SMALL PRINT - Automatically signs you up to a £54.99 monthly vip membership. Knew nothing about it until the money came out of my account. Having now read the reviews it looks like a lot of people have fallen for their misleading adverts.

Dec 07,2024Caught out/tricked into taking the VIP. Bought some gym shorts in the sale for £25 then the following month I was charged £54.99 from my PayPal account. Disgrace of a company to engage in such snide tactics. Contacted customer services and heard nothing. When I purchased the shorts the box for this option was already ticked and hidden, plus no obvious mention of this service until the money was taken from my account. Looking around this deceitful tactic has got a lot of people angry. Not a good way to treat customers. Edit after reply: If it is so obvious you are going to be charged £54.99 for joining VIP after your purchase then why are there so many negative reviews pointing to the same issue on this platform. I didn't have a clue it is nowhere near as obvious as is being said in the reply. I have fortunately since leaving this review been refunded. There are many who haven't. I won't be using them again.
