Mar 03,2024Everything is on the website as tiny small print but fundamentally it is a scam - the non "VIP" prices are laughable, like yes these sweatshop produced shorts are worth £70 each... In a capitalist society we shouldn't be delivering profit to companies like this so avoid, spend your scarce resources elsewhere so businesses like this fail.

Mar 02,2024I got sucked in to huge discounts, submitting an order within the hour for free delivery and bold colours when I placed an order. What I didn’t see and was not obvious was that I was signing up to a monthly subscription to give Fabletics £50+ p/month in order to access “discounts.” I will give Fabletics credit for clever marketing and operating a business model whereby they get money every month for free, but I felt conned and scammed. Needless to say, order was promptly cancelled. How getting access to discounts by paying a monthly subscription is beyond me.

Mar 02,2024The website is very difficult to use. I have had to contact customer service support every time I’ve purchased something. Whether it be changing my membership status, payments or problems with processing my order there is always an issue. Customer service help every time but surely that shouldn’t be necessary

Feb 27,2024Don’t get sucked in with their ‘offers’ they sign you up and then take a payment of £54.99 every month and with life being busy, it’s easy to forget to cancel. The quality is average and the sizing is not consistent. The service is long winded and painful. Just avoid to save time, energy and money!

Feb 22,2024I purchased 2 shorts in store Feb 2023. In Jan 2024 Fabletics LTD Berlin started taking 54.99 GBP from my bank account. When I reached out they made it impossible to get a refund and cancel. They tried to sell me the benefits of VIP membership. Appalling company practices and customer service. NEVER BUYER HERE go to Lululemon/ GymShark or another reputable sports company who care about their customers. This is a money making SCAM. Kate Hudson should really look into this poor practice/business model her company looks totally fraudulent. ** the response from Fabletics does not address why they charged my bank account 10months later! The VIP purchase is not clearly explained in store at all. Very disappointing and awful customer service still trying to sell the benefits in a condescending patronising tone! **

Feb 22,2024If I could give zero stars then I would as it's a total scam. I don't agree with their ethics. They clearly overprice their items way beyond what they are actually worth, forcing you to agree to a subscription to obtain their heavily discounted price which is actually about what they're worth for the quality. They do this in the hope that you will forget to cancel your subscription and then charge you £60 a month to buy their goods that are non discounted and overpriced.

Mar 05,2024I joined Fabletics in 2016 (mainly because an acquaintance worked there - who no longer does) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items. The leggings were fantastic, such good quality and I recommended them regularly. I have at least 6 pairs of the powerhold and I wear them to run, to the gym, around the house. The monthly subscription, although potentially a bit annoying if I forgot to cancel, is easy to skip within the first few days of the month, and the sales are admittedly very good. However I’ve recently bought another pair of the powerhold leggings, and the quality is shocking. They wrinkle, are falling down when I run and are baggy around the waist despite me getting my usual size which fits perfectly. They also look more shiny, and I’ve checked the labels and compared with the old design and the elastane content has increased. It’s disappointing that the quality is now so much less and seems a much cheaper item, I wouldn’t put them much above Primark leggings now. I need to find a new legging I can run in and will be cancelling my membership reluctantly.
