Too many attempts before I could pay
Shorts are good quality but the VIP scheme is strange to say the least. Firstly there is hardly any stock available currently, yet they want to take money from people and give credit - credit that I can’t use right now because they don’t have my sizes on clothing I’d wear!!

Fabletics does not make it clear what a membership includes - £55 fee each month! They make it seem like it's free, it's very sneaky so be careful.
I’ve bought 2 pairs of leggings with a discount through my other app. About Two months later I was charged with a VIP membership I did not signed up for and there’s no clear transparency and hidden throughout the transaction process. It took me ages to get hold of customer service who are only opened at office hours and it clashes my shift. I wished there’s an automation. The live chat could be a lot better, twice the agents shuts down the live chat conversation before I’ve had a chance to read especially I’m dyslexic and there’s no way to trace the conversation. There’s lots of areas to be improved.
Clothes are great but the membership scheme sucks. It’s so misleading and even the way you have to confirm to skip a month. Then it’s not even easy to check out with member credits because often you seem to end up with a product that costs less than the money they took out for the direct debit. I want to cancel my account but if I do I’ll lose the money credits on the account. It all seems pretty unethical.
The product seems okay, it's your unethical dark pattern user experience that I have a problem with. Purchasing an outfit is NOT and should not be a subscription model. You deliberately make it harder to cancel the subscription by not having a cancel functionality on the website but by using chat or call to deter people from doing it. It's just short-term thinking at the expense of your long-term growth. The amount of negative reviews here about your practices is quite telling. And please don't do this greenwashing like you care about the environment, when your whole business idea is to churn lots of products making much more waste than needed.
I can’t check out successfully using just my member credits, I always have to update the order to include something I have to pay for - otherwise it won’t work. Also unclear that I can’t use account credit for some items in the sale - it doesn’t stipulate this on the item page, so unsure if that’s really fair
Saw good things about the products so decided to check out the website. Absolute worst website I have ever used. I hate giving out my details as it is but before you can view anything on their site you need to give sizes for top/bottoms and all sorts. Then after filling out that information it asks you to sign up with name, email address and password for creating an account!! Biggest data wh**e company. Do NOT use! You should be able to browse a website products before signing up an account.
SCAM! My first red flag was that I didn’t receive a confirmation email, only my PayPal receipt. I ordered 2x leggings for £24, after a couple of days I email asking for a confirmation email and estimated arrival, they arrived soon after and I was happy with what I received as the quality seemed good. I thought that was the end of it like most online orders, but today I have been charged £54.99 for a VIP Membership with Fabletics I did not sign up for and did not authorise. After a quick phone call with them the amount was refunded and my account cancelled. Unfortunately others won’t be as thorough and check there banks so I dread to think how many other have been changed and will continue to be!
The biggest f***** scam that exists! First your data is not protected, when I was in Ireland something similar happened and now the same in London! Every time I make a purchase, I am charged another amount. Plus I start free ting scam calls and emails. This morning I received an email saying you have to pay for Evri delivery fee (that’s a scam, do not succumb to it!). Secondly going through comments here if the amount is £54.99 then Fabletics itself is scamming people! BECAUSE WE DID NOT CONSENT TO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, get the B**** MEMO!!!!
Though I was using a member credit, which I had to pay for because I inadvertently forgot to 'skip the month' and the order was 'free', when I clicked to use my credit card ( for no money!) it declared that a billing address was required but there was no facility for entering a billing address. I had to click on PayPal, which is something I refuse to use, to complete the transaction. This is an abomination of a site and I wished I had never enrolled 😔

I have been using this website for last 8/9 years and I wont buy any work outfits from other retails because fabletics have best quality cloths and worth the price.
2 for £24 - absolute rip off in the end. Pay for some leggings 2x£24 which was far too good to be true AND IT WAS. Found my bank account £24 + £54.99 lighter as I had unknowingly signed up for a "VIP Membership". I consider myself a savvy buyer but this caught me out. Asked for my money back and told this is a benefit to get the cheaper price. My review will improve if this is picked up and my refund handled effectively.
