Jan 11,2025Awful company. Be very careful when ordering, they sign you up for a subscription without making it clear, then take money the following months. Impossible getting your money back. They also don't make it easy to cancel, I was on hold for 30mins

Jan 10,2025Make in impossible to not be a member. Signed up for the discounted sale then didn’t explain clearly you will be charged 50 a month and get one vip credit for something that’s not even priced more than 50 a rip off

Jan 09,2025Awful company and the clothes are not great quality at all.They leave you 4 days with in the month to stop the vip credit going out which is 54.99 ,why not let customers cancel their credit at any time.The vip credit doesn't seem a bargain either as the quality is awful.I bought the long black padded coat for winter that should of been £170 and got it for £70 as a vip, it does not hold any heat.Really disappointing and customer service awful.The system you have doesn't seem to work and very confusing, took me 1 hour to cancel my subscription

Jan 09,2025Would be good if when you select a size that it would not show out of stock items. A section for just items that you can buy with the vip credit. Jumpers that are not all cropped or short. Especially in winter. More range for men. There is very little variety most are there all the time with the occasional one off .

Jan 09,2025Steer well clear!!!! Purchased a one off order of two pairs of leggings for £24.99. However, I was completely unaware that they automatically sign you up to their VIP membership costing £54.99 per month!!!! They only tell you this when they send an email informing you the first payment to them of £54.99 is being processed! I contacted them, speaking to an advisor in the Philippines, and eventually they agreed to cancel my membership & refund the first payment. This was after trying to offer me various discounts to stay with them. Hoping I will get refund. Meanwhile I contacted my bank to cancel any future payments to them & raise a dispute in case I do not receive my refund. An absolute scam - beware and do not order from them unless you’re happy to pay £54.99 per month!!!

Jan 09,2025Spent £25 in December then on January 6th had £54.99 taken out of my account, no warning, no notice and because it’s start of Jan pushed me overdrawn and into bank charge! There is NO transparency around this ‘VIP’ membership when you buy from them. I have no recollection and definitely no intention of signing up to be charged £54.99 a month later!! Stay away and please don’t get caught out like, seemingly most of the customers on this forum. Very poor ethics Fabletics.. you know what you’re doing so stop apologising and start changing and stop SCAMMING people!

Jan 09,2025Awful. The customer service is shocking, it took 7 hours for a live agent to get back to me on WhatsApp and when she did she just kept stalling trying to get me to stay in the membership. I’m still waiting 20 minutes for a reply from the previous message. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a membership. Couldn’t cancel it on the website on my profile, couldn’t call them, the email was an automated email which said it could take 5 days for a reply. It’s an absolute joke. I would give this company -10 stars if I could as 1 star is far too generous.

(New item has defect) **Edit** As requested below, reached out to Facebook and after speaking to advisor was somehow unable to find the account (despite providing email, membership number and most recent order number) and advised I would have to email support. More Wasted Time

Jan 07,2025This was the worst purchase ever, not only did my leggings brake immediately (small holes all over the seams) but twice now since my purchase the company have tried to take £55 out of my account without me purchasing anything! Completely scam I had to call my bank to block them!

Jan 07,2025I actually don’t find these leggings any good. I’m forever pulling them up all day, there’s no way I could work out or jog in these. I jogged from my car to my front door in the rain and they were right down! They’re nice feeling quality, but they don’t stay up. My £7 SHEIN leggings stay up, while these overpriced ones don’t! Also, you end up being put into an extortionate subscription. Customer services were good and refunded me after contacting them but there was no clarity with the subscription after ordering.

Jan 07,2025I bought a few pairs of legging for my adult daughters xmas present online as I thought was a one off transaction. 2 weeks later this company took another 54.99 from my account and said I could have £80 credit to spend with there over priced shop. I cannot get the money they have taken from my account back and I neither want to buy another thing from them. I feel this is rotten thing to do and don't want it happening again to anyone else. Be wise and spend your hard earned money in a store than with this robbing company

Jan 07,2025I have accrued membership credits because I kept forgetting to skip the month. It states on the website that credits will be kept when cancelling so I did- but if you want to "spend" them on anything, you need to re-enter the contract for a monthly subscription. Very disappointed.

Jan 06,2025SCAM WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE There is a VIP membership of £55 that I was unaware of and can not cancel the membership. Customer Services are not responding on Chat or Call. Purposely ignoring so I can't cancel membership. DO NO BUY FROM HERE....IT'S ALL A SCAM!
