Oct 12,2024Avoid! Placed an order, had issues with delivery which wasn't their fault, to then have a refund, as STORE CREDIT!!! all the while, their advisors leading me to believe it was refunded to source. Absolutely avoid this company.

Oct 11,2024Still waiting for the £2150 Fabletics scammed me out of by taking £50 out of my account over a 3 1/2 year period after buying one item. Complete scam they automatically sign you up to their VIP subscription. Nothing VIP about it. Still waiting for my money back Fabletics. I will continue to out your scam until you return my money.

Oct 10,2024I purchased gym shorts from them on 25th of September. No issues and received. Seemed decent quality. Spent 28£ for two pairs. On the 8th my account got debited another £55. Turns out, in the small print, you are agreeing to a VIP membership on your first purchase and agree to be debited £55 every month! Who needs a subscription for gym gear? The T&Cs of this are buried at the bottom of your confirmation email so it’s easily missed. I raised with them and they essentially told me “tough”. I raised with PayPal who sided with FABLETICS because apparently they provided evidence I received the product. Luckily I paid on a credit card and have instructed my CC company to charge back. Avoid these con artists like the plague.

Oct 10,2024On dear Fabletics. Out of more than 17,000 reviews you only score 2.7 out of 5. Don't you think you should learn from this? I have tried 6 times over the last 2 days to have some contact about a payment taken by mistake. Having read the reviews here it looks doubtful that I'm ever going to see that again. Come on Fabletics. Do the right thing. All these negative reviews are exactly my experience also. You are operating a scam for all intent and purpose.

Oct 09,2024Possibly the worst company i’ve ever seen in modern day. Daylight robbery from them, i cancelled the membership because i noticed they enrolled only they actually charged my account £54.99 anyways. Trying to contact them and get my money back for credit i do not want and never wanted is beyond stressful as the customer service is terrible and will not reply to you. Still waiting 20 minutes for a reply from customer service.

Oct 09,2024Deceitful company. I placed an order for two pairs of leggings and have now been charged £55 for a membership I had no idea there was any monthly cost for/I was in. At no point have I received any direct debit or regular payment information. No contract or indicator that there'd be a monthly cost upcoming if I didn't cancel. No email after my order saying I needed to cancel VIP membership if I didn't want it. They make their money through scamming people.

I was just looking for some new gym leggings online and this so called company came up, I brought 2 pairs of leggings for £28 and the money came out on the day as usual when you buy offline, this was August, well to my surprise in October £54 pounds had come out of my bank, and when I read fabletics I was confused! Until I read an email that said I had apparently signed up to a vip membership when I got the leggings! Adamant, I didn't as I'm usually not stupid and read everything before I buy I rang them up, apparently I had chosen 2 pairs of leggings that had vip promotions on them, and they have charged me £54 pounds twice August and October!! I had no notification from them about taking money last month and also I can't get my money back, I'm fuming....so please please if you do happen to look at this company and only want to buy something as a 1 off make sure you know which products are promotion or normal as they just sign you up thereselves without you knowing if you do, thanks

Oct 09,2024I love shopping on Fabletics, I always find myself a bargain or two which makes me really happy. The quality of the items that I’ve bought is absolutely outstanding. I really appreciate good workmanship and great fabric. I would highly recommend Fabletics and I have already.

After being burned far too many times in the past by your "Skip the month" ruse, I made a point to skip in good time this month (on the 4th) having resubscribed to your monthly membership after an 18 month hiatus. I was therefore exceedingly disappointed to wake up this morning to find a notification from my bank telling me that Fabletics had still taken yet another £59.99 from my account. WTAF?? I thought it would be easier for me - ie, less stress and hassle and time wasted - to bite the bullet THIS TIME and just place an order for something of equal or greater value using my Member Credit. What a mistake that was. After spending almost an hour searching for something I actually liked/wanted/was available in my size, and being thoroughly peeved that ALL the latest Khloe Kardashian Collection hoodies, tracky bums and sweatshirts were completely sold out (before even being in stock on the website), I finally found a top in a shade I vaguely liked that was the same price as my "credit". Upon attemtping to complete the purchase, I was then effed about for fifteen minutes as I tried over and over again to check out, only to be stopped by the system because "Billing address required". Yet there was absolutely NOWHERE within my member's profile section where I could see to add this apparently vital info (why this was necessary when I already had a member's credit clearly available and had already selected this to use as payment for the item, I fail to understand). The only way I could successfully complete the purchase was by fannying around and adding all my payment details to my Paypal account, which for some reason Fabletics wants you to use instead of making it a simple, straightforward process using just your card deets. FAFF, FAFF, AND MORE FAFF. Sorry, Fabletics, but I now remember why I cancelled my membership the first time. Life's just too short for all this nonsense and wasting my precious time, energy and money on frigging sportswear. You've lost me again, I'm afraid. It's a real shame, because on the whole the quality of the majority of your clothing is fantastic. It's just that this monthly membership model lets everything down. Please, why can't you simply reduce the prices of everything across the board, just a teensy bit, and scrap the need for a membership? The exclusivity factor is just not necessary. At the end of the day, you're just selling clothing. It's not a Country Club, or a fancy gym!

Oct 07,2024Would leave 0 if I could. Send you emails offering you good discounts on clothes then takes £55 out of your account once you buy from them! I had 0 idea I was signing up to that as if I had I wouldn’t have ever purchased! Absolute scam!!! Can’t talk to anyone on customer service either

Oct 12,2024I don't see why there are so many negative reviews on here. The terms of the VIP membership are very clear from the start, I knew there would be a charge if I don't skip the month. People saying they got 'scammed' clearly didn't even bother reading the terms and conditions. I signed up for the starter offer of 2 pairs of leggings for £28. They arrived quickly and the quality is amazing. Then I let my account be charged for the next month and I got a full outfit for £54. That's a pretty good deal given the quality of the items. I have now easily cancelled my membership online, took about 2 minutes. If the cancellation goes smoothly, I'll have absolutely zero complaints
