This is a terrible experience dont buy from them. They mislead you in to a subscription which is not at all clear when you purchase the first time and then tool £50 off me for 3 months. You have to remember to cancel it between dome random dates each month, can't cancel online and then have to talk to someone in the phillipines to sort it all out. Avoid at all costs
Absolute Scam!! You will be signed up for a VIP package you weren't aware of. The prices shown are VIP subscription prices which they dont tell you so you believe you are getting a good deal. You will place an order and still not get any notification that you have signed up for a subscription costing over £50 per month. The way they operate is very sly and prices advertised are false unless a VIP member.
The number of items, fresh in, is always impressive. The tailored recommendations enable you to mix and match, on garments which might have slipped your attention too
Offers not as great as I first thought. They offered deals of 2 items for £24 so I believed I could get 4 for £48. Appears you can only have one 'deal' and the remaining are full price. Still heard very positive things and was an amazing price. Looking forward to seeing the quality of the products.

I like my shorts but the membership is almost impossible to cancel! I have asked for months now to stop the subscription but it keeps taking payment each month! Customer service is awful! "we will pause our membership instead of cancel and you can see how you feel next month" is a line I have had a few times on phone to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Terrible scam but good products. Products received we're great but I was not aware I would be charged for the VIP credits which I don't think I consented to. I also don't believe I consented to having store credit instead of refund. I initiated a chat to talk about this and request a refund for my VIP credits. At this point they made it very clear there was no way I could get a refund and basically that's how they make a bit more money. I really don't think this was very good customer service - it's a shame because I love my new leggings and I definitely would have bought again.
Good quality athletic wear, however the subscription model is deceitful and a rip off. You can cancel at “anytime” which is 4 days out of the month and if you miss it your stuck with another non refundable bill and “credit” . The prices for non members are hugely inflated which makes members feeling like they are getting a bargain however in reality it’s still over market value. Sizes are fairly small and stock levels are often crap. Would pass if I were you!
Honestly this company gets worse and worse. Despite cancelling their “vip membership” they proceeded to take my money a month later. Their customer service is shocking, they will avoid your concerns, fill emails and messages with text that they copy and paste over and over. I doubt that they read and understand emails entirely. In simple terms they want your money and don’t care about anything else. They don’t listen and will avoid giving you your money back at all costs! My fight for my money back continues, avoid this distress and use another company that actually cares about their customers.
The unclear VIP savings promotion was confusing and hard to navigate. Once you were aware of it you were already in. I only noticed I was paying a monthly subscription when I checked my bank statement. Sending an item back took over 10 days to replace the credit on the account and only when I contacted Fabletics, did they make an excuse of a problem on their end. Then when trying to use my credit they again make it confusing to use the money they took from me. Instead trying to get you to reactivate the VIP membership offer to apply your credit. Which you do not need to do. All in all, a very disappointing experience shopping online with Fabletics. Which is a shame as I really like the products and their quality. It will be a long time before I think of returning as a customer.
Browsing their website to find some running gear, 2 for £24 came up, so i thought i'd give them a go. Probably the best running shorts i've bought in a long time!!! I've appraently signed up for their VIP memebership and are going to take £54.99 a month from me if i keep the account active so my 2 for £24 shorts all of a sudden become 2 shorts for £80! I have managed to cancel my membership whilst is really disappointing, their clothes are really comfy. Please just make this a normal website so we can purchase as and when we want, without the fear of a £54.99 coming out randomly! Its very deceiving.
Best leggings I’ve owned and I’ve owned a lot! I wear Fabletics leggings for every day wear because they are so comfy.
I have 2 member credits on my account. I am serving in the military and could not skip the months due to work commitments. When I got back they told me I could not get a refund due to me reaching a refund limit ?! How is that even a thing ! Outrageous the fact they won’t refund me, I just want my money back and to close my account.
Wish they stocked more of the items they know will go OOS more often. As a tall woman I find that the 'Tall' in their bottoms is almost always OOS, and with no knowledge on when it'll be back in stock it leaves me to search through alternatives in order to make do
So so gutted! Ordered two pairs of leggings and was so so happy when they arrived. Quality was amazing and when I put them on they were by far the most comfortable leggings I’ve ever worn. But within an hour of wearing they started bobbling. Not just between the legs but on the side and on the bum. And that’s just from sitting in a normal chair. It’s so annoying as they have everything going for them but now look old and tatty where only worn once.

Nov 05,2024Tried to buy some shorts, got an email saying I was now on a £59 per month subscription. Took two emails to cancel. My order was cancelled as well as my subscription. Glad I noticed the order confirmation as it was not made clear that I was entering a subscription when ordering. Don't have shorts, have been promised a refund though this hasn't been received at the time of writing. Don't use this company.
