Oct 26,2024It took 5 attempts to make payment even though I'd saved my card details, it keeps saying billing address needed and there's no where to input this without completely re-entering all card details.

Wouldn’t wear any other brand, colour stays true with no fading, keeps you pulled in and comfy all day, no see through and great range of styles and colours. Loads of other stuff to choose from too. Well worth being a VIP member. FABULOUS FABletics

Oct 21,2024Ordered 2 items as part of introductory offer and returned within a couple of days due to poor quality. A couple of weeks later £54.99 was taken from my credit card for vip membership. This had not been made clear at any stage. They claim that this was notified in various ways - including a pamphlet with the product - which there wasn't! Having now read the trustpilot reviews, it seems unlikely that I will recover this money. Best avoided at all costs!

To get the heavily discounted prices you must become a VIP which involves paying a monthly subscription fee - this is very clearly outlined throughout the ordering process and all the reviews that call this company a scam just didn’t read the very clear information about signing up for a subscription service. It has never changed - I was a member when Fabletics first started and the subscription was £40 and it was just as clear then as it is now. It’s very easy to skip the month to avoid paying and it’s also very easy to cancel if you want to cancel after ordering or at any time. Those calling it a scam only have themselves to blame for not reading all of the warnings about what becoming a VIP entails.

Oct 17,2024- I placed an order and they cancelled it because my billing address was different to my shipping. - I then had to call them and then wait 48 hours to get back into my account, and then re-order it. - The order then arrived and one item has a hole in it. - The other item seemed great and high quality but after three days of wear the fabric has started to pile severely. - The customer support has been useless - the advisers don't read the emails fully and respond in full, they ask basic questions about the order over and over again (that they must have in their system) and now I have been sent an email saying that I have to call them and they will no longer reply to the thread. - Finally... they want me to drop of the package for return - they won't order a courier collection for the item they sent damaged!

Oct 15,2024Scammers!!!!! I made a one of purchase from Fabletics a year ago, didn’t want to be a member or have an account or sign up to any membership. By agreeing to terms and conditions at checkout I apparently agreed to pay them £54.99 each month which I found out a year later. Please be careful when using this company it’s very upsetting when you realise someone has been taking money from your wage each month. They did eventually give me a full refund of £800 but I wonder how many people have unknowingly been paying monthly after making a purchase here and agreeing to terms and conditions at checkout

Oct 14,2024I too fell for the two pairs of leggings for £28 and inadvertently signed up for £59.99 a month. I only realised because the leggings were short and I wanted to return them for a different size. That’s when I realised how difficult it is to contact the company. They have an online chat but as soon as you say return, you are disconnected. Nobody answered the phone. I eventually cancelled my VIP subscription and I am waiting to see if money gets taken out of my account next month. I have had a confirmation email stating it is cancelled so can only wait and see. It’s a shame really because the pants were nice but I will not look at Fabletics again. I thought VIP membership meant emails and pre sale notifications, my fault I know.

Oct 26,2024Very sneakily signed me up to some VIP programme without me realising and started taking £55 a month. They made it out like the items I ordered were on sale but actually signed me up to something without making it obvious at all. I understand I didn’t read it properly and it was probably advertised somewhere but they were very sneaky about it. Won’t be ordering again.
