Aug 08,2024What a joke! You buy some products online and then are automatically a VIP in which they charge you £54 every month for. Have even cancelled the subscription but money is still coming out of my account. Absolutely disgusting, will never use this company again which is a shame because I love the leggings! Should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people they don’t know about

Aug 08,2024Most things sold out in a size medium, check out process tedious and clunky with bank authentication for a payment of £0 as used member credit. Bundles poor with different pricing for the same outfits but in different colours - with the option to change colour!

Aug 07,2024I appreciate its only the users fault for forgetting the membership but its ridiculous Even if you want to buy something with the credits (which I've been trying for two months) its never in stock and its a win win for Fable tics, not its customers, and I'm not using my £59.99 to buy a £34 tee Now because I have credits I'm essentially going to be paying £120 for two Tee's or something like that. outrageous really Just sort the price's, get rid of membership and Fabletics would still make money

Aug 07,2024Avoid using this company as they will continue taking a monthly fee even if you are not purchasing from them. I didnt know what i was signing up for and am still trying to cancel my "VIP" membership after 4 months.

Aug 03,2024I was shown different pricing and discounts / savings shown across different devices whilst logged in with same account and same region / currency selected. The iPhone app is buggy and will not let me check out due to a billing address error , the same on iPhone browser so i had to do it on the computer, after adding my same payment method as a new method with billing address to override the system. Once purchase was successful, all these weird offers and "free" items start popping up. Very disappointing from Fabletics. I just want a simple user friendly experience without being bombarded by other sales. This experience makes me feel like i am shopping on a cheap low quality brand website.

Aug 01,2024I’ve been using Fabletics for 7 years and I love it. I schedule myself a reminder on the first of each month to skip the month if I don’t want the money to come out of my account. That’s super easy to do in your account settings. It’s not a scam – it’s actually a good deal, if you use it properly. Yes, some items cost less than the monthly amount but that’s to be expected. You wouldn’t want to pay £69.99 for a sports bra. But you can add other things and then apply your credit to it. They also do really good bundles for the price of just one credit as well. In my opinion, the quality has got better and better over the years. I am loving the jumpsuits at the moment , which fit me perfectly given I have such a long torso. The tall range is brilliant too. I just got some tracksuit bottoms that feel as good as my husband’s Lululemon ones that are almost identical but twice the price!

So you get a member credit for £59 but you can only buy one item unless already in a set so then you might want something that's £34, but obviously then you lose money so you end up just having to buy something you don't really want!! Also anything in the sets isn't matching apart from the black ones. Just a huge scam. They say you can skip your credit each month but they know they'll get you when you forget to skip it, I thought I'd get a reminder to skip, oh yeh I did but it was within a marketing email about their products about 300 scrolls down reminding me. So disappointed

Jul 31,2024I like the styles and simplicity of the items, but quality isn't great and the user interface of the website is awful. These sizes tend to run quiet but, I normally wear a S/M but having to order XS here. Already had some items stretch/rip, but having waited on calls for over 15 minutes when I was "first in queue" I gave up waiting. Using the website is difficult, filtering for sizes doesn't work well, and it's difficult to navigate between different colours sizes and designs of items. Lots of items consistently out of stock. Ridiculously prices after the first order due to the "new VIP" offer. Also has quite a poor basket user interface. Unlikely to order again.

Aug 08,2024Site is not clear at all. I somehow signed up for VIP membership and cancelled it the same day but they have still taken the money out my account!! I've just had £54.99 taken from my account for membership with no warning. The items I did buy from them I ended up returning - which also took 2 weeks and I had to chase them for the refund.
