Good VIP deal, although then you find out VIP actually costs roughly £54. So the deal essentially becomes non existent
It's the worse malpractice that a company can do to its costumers... they claim that they have 2 ways of shopping but none of this is in fact clear when purchasing for the first time... then you start getting charged monthly for £54 which is equal 1 (ONE) credit... that means that each month you can then "purchase" let's say some shorts for 1 credit, which is basically 54£. Honestly if I knew i'd have never bought anything from them.
Very difficult to place order. Despite all fields being filled, kept stating that billing address needed checked/added. Only managed by using PayPal.
The app is useless. I have just added a pair of sandals which said they were £7.60 but came up At £19.00. A lot of the items advertised are out of stock. Once receiving my order I will be cancelling my subscription.
Scam company STAY CLEAR Set you up in a small Membership on your first purchase without telling you ( very fine print ) then just hang up on the phone if you try to cancel

We are all aware of the VIP scam. But they are also thieves who try to keep your money when you return items for a refund, stating that you selected to return without refund- LOL.
Avoid this if you can; it's a total scam! If you want to get VIP prices, you will be automatically added to a subscription, and they will charge you £80 per month if you don't skip the month between the 1st and 5th day of the month. Who needs gym wear every month? Avoid it if you can, that's for sure!
Absolute scammers!! Once you've bought something they sign you up to a subscription with no mention of a fee then a month later take £54.99 from your payment method. PayPal didn't help either.
I liked the items but I would never order again. What a scam, I made an order 10 days ago for 2 set of leggings, and today they have taken £55 out of my account. When I have queried why, they had added me to a vip membership for £55 a month which was unknown. Secondly if I ordered 10 days ago how could they take a “monthly” payment already. I wish I had read the reviews before hand.
Awful dishonest company! They will ignore emails, give incorrect advice to avoid giving customer service. I’d avoid them if I were you! Updated after their reply below: Thank you for your reply but your chat thing doesn’t work and you never answer the phone. So asking me to contact you via these methods is counter productive Further update; I was issued a refund from my bank after they found fabthletics had charged me without my authorisation.
Absolutely appalling company! I went by their size guide & ordered XL= UK18-20, they sent me XL=UK14-16 How does that work? Exchanged, haven’t had confirmation that they’ve arrived, got my exchanges & ordered the next size so 1XL=UK20-22 & they AGAIN sent me the wrong size of 1XL=UK14-16 how that makes sense I don’t know!!!! They have made it extremely difficult to sort this out, I am now stuck with two pairs of leggings again in the wrong size, not even trying to fix the situation! It’s been weeks aswell! And to top it off they’re trying to take over £50 from my bank & I didn’t even know about a stupid VIP thing, then to cancel it is a nightmare!! It’s a shame because the leggings feel like a nice material and great for working out, so I’m sure they’re a great product, shame I can’t wear them because they dont fit and I’m out of pocket! SHAME ON YOU, HIGHLY STRESSFUL SITUATION.
Brought Leggings at a discount and was made a vip member without my knowledge, ended up taking over £50 out of my account, rang to cancel membership and they were very pushy and told me I could cancel it every month, I done this as I like the clothes but forgot to cancel it a few times so realistically lost over £250 just for a 10% discount, really not worth it, I managed to cancel my membership and will never shop with them again, very off putting

They trick you into a £50 p/m "VIP" subscription which they then make very difficult to refund and cancel. 39 minutes wait time for a support chat? The same for a phone call? Ridiculous. The products aren't even worth talking about because of this malpractice.
AVOID! I am currently talking to "customer service" via WhatsApp. They apparently can't read messages and just parrot what's written on the website, that I've already read and has nothing to do with the problem. I'm assuming the idea is to infuriate to the point of me giving up and going away. I had the VIP subscription set up so it was coming out of my regular bank account. They've changed this without my knowledge or agreement over four months ago. The website states I can edit the payment method online by clicking on billing in the top right - there is no billing in the top right. So I asked via email if someone could sort it or give me a call. I've sent multiple emails over these four months with absolutely no response whatsoever. Hence why I'm trying WhatsApp just now. I have attempted to call a few times but don't have hours of time to waste waiting for someone to become free to take my call and then immediately hang up. Do yourself a favour - there are many other sports brand, pick one of those instead and save yourself the time and stress. Fabletics is definitely not worth it.

It’s a con. They somehow trick you in to becoming a member but which costs you £54.99 per month! I am NEVER purchasing from them again. Ridiculous Update: 11 July- to be fair to Fabletics, they have just refunded my membership fees and cancelled my membership with no hassle

Jul 12,2024I purchased a pair of leggings from Fabletics. After 2 weeks, I was charged £54.99 by them without clear authorization or notification. Despite providing all necessary verification, their customer support kept asking repetitive questions and avoiding to resolve the issue. This experience has been frustrating and a huge waste of time. I suppose only way is to escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies. Beware of their unclear billing practices and poor customer service. I deeply regret purchasing products from them and getting involved in their scam scheme.
