Jul 07,2024The quality of the clothing has dropped massively. If you skip a month they still charge you. If you cancel the payment but use a credit they will restart payments but not inform the customer

Jul 07,2024Good quality items but they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. It is impossible to cancel it online and after engaging in a lengthy and pointless web chat, the sales person was still trying to sell things instead of help me. They left me waiting for a long time to speak to someone and once I was allocated a customer service person he took a long time to reply to me as well. I tried skipping it monthly but ended up being charged anyway. It is a huge waste of time.

Jul 07,2024Fabletics is a rip off ! Charge you for being a member to say you get discount but your better off not being a member especially when you can only use your credit for one item when the item is the same price as what they charge you . A joke ! Awful service

Jul 07,2024Good quality products but they make it difficult to cancel your subscription. No way of cancelling online you have to speak with someone, wait In ques and then they continue to hard sell. Would have reactivated at a later stage but the way in which you cancel left a bitter taste.

Jul 03,2024I have ordered from here before about 3/4year ago and had some fantastic leggings that last me till now and they where used 3-5 times a week , they have only now bobbled and shurnk , however , i just received my new order and they have gone down in quality TERRIBLY , they are now really see through (previous leggings with lots off wear and washed over 4 years still arnt as see through as the new pair ) and have loose threads in 2 or 3 places , very disappointed , these definitely arnt going to last long and will probally be completely see through after a few wears and washed , very disappointed

Jul 02,2024I have been using Fabletics for many years, The products are of amazing quality. If I have had issues with billing or delivery they have been quick to respond and sort the issue. Their staff are polite, respectful and helpful. some products are a little overpriced, but they have sales all the time in which you can buy them for a lot less. I recommend subscribing to them and creating a reminder to skip the month if nothing takes your fancy as the rewards and be amazing as a subscribed member.

Jul 01,2024Poor quality clothing which is priced at the 'VIP' prices to incentivise your purchase - since prices are similar to other cheap brands. To obtain this price, you are forced to sign up for a VIP scheme and you get charged £54.99 EVERY MONTH which you can only get out of if you deliberately log on to the website and skip the month within the first few days. Many times though, I have skipped the month but have still been charged. The normal prices of items then go up after your first purchase/VIP scheme sign-up, so the member credits lose their value and only few items are priced at a point where the member credits are worth it. Even these items are poor quality and the only refunds offered are store credit. Appalling business practice. Please do not fall victim to this scheme.

Jul 01,2024I was charged 54£ odd and I was caught unaware. I am unemployed and I did not want this to happen. I feel in this moment that the vip sign up was not clear or explained on account set up - otherwise I would not have subscribed.

Jun 30,2024I buy most of my sportswear from Fabletics, and have been doing so for years. Great quality and a wide variety of models and colours. I have leggings from 4 years ago which still look good.

Jun 29,2024Extremely bad company malpractice, pushes you into the VIP memebership which is 50£+, has pop ups questionnaires and the webchat support pushes you not to cancel the memebership. Had to cancel my order. Do not recommend this company.This website is what people think temu does.

Jun 23,2024Love the clothing. Washes well, good fit and the option for long in most leggings is practical. Remember to skip the month if you do not want your card debited or wish to make a purchase. My only gripe would be that offers are often limited. Today’s offer was 50% off one item. I tried to purchase this along with a couple of sale items and as I result it was charging me full price for my first item. The app is terribly slow and you cannot view everything. Stick to the web page. Overall I have had good experiences. Just read the small print and check your bag before you pay.

Jun 19,2024Even though the the quality of the products is okay, horrible customer service combined with Evri as the only delivery method ( which basically give me 50% chances of getting a parcel) makes me not want to order again. I was a regular customer but after recent experience, unfortunately I won't be coming back.

Jul 08,2024This company is a scam. You place an order and they secretly make you a VIP member for which you have to pay £54.99 a month!! I've had two subscriptions taken from my PayPal account now for which I had no knowledge! Don't buy anything from them. This is not clear when you click on the website
