I bought some clothed in April and when I went to pay I was signed up to the VIP Membership. It's been 3 months and I have not bought anything since. I have tried to cancel the my VIP membership using the message us chat and the conversation was cut off twice. I asked to cancel again and requested a refund as £56 a month is a lot. On the chat function i was given no helpful information, I stated that due to me not ordering in 3 months the membership does not serve as a benefit any longer. I don't find styles I like anymore and when I do my size rarely seems to be there. Got to the point I've had to email their support team as they 'care about your Fabletics experience. Chat with one of our representatives who can help resolve this for you now' but won't resolve the issue. UPDATE 04/12: Its now been 8 months of me trying to cancel my membership, i have managed to do it myself however I still have not been reimbursed the months i was charged and the credit they gave me instead of a refund. Sort this out, its tedious.

The website wouldn’t let me purchase my items multiple time and when I tried another device it would do the same.

Received a mis-leading email titled "Congrats! your prize is waiting" The text read as if I had actually wo. £40 credit to spend, without a minimum purchase. I did have a sneaking feeling it was too good to be true. I checked the website and initially saw some apparently good prices. However, the "VIP membership" wording started to bug me. I checked the email and low and behold the "Prize" was conditional on joining as a VIP member. This is frankly absurd, for a clothing company. Utterly mis-leading being titled "Prize" (I won't say any more than that).

I got an email offering £40 off on purchases, but it was a bit confusing I think I have to buy VIP first, so I messaged Fabletics to find out the exact offer and what I need to do to get it, It seems rather obfuscated in the small print. They emailed me back saying they couldn't help and I needed to talk to a specific team, so I click on the link in the email to chat and they linked me to the American chat. only realised once they said they couldn't help either after I requested help understanding the offer because they deal with the US. The first person I spoke to closed the chat early, the second person wasn't much help either. At this point I'm starting to think none of this is worth my time and I will just avoid companies like this that don't really have their stuff together. Simple little things like this should not be so difficult it's just very bad customer service, foreshadowing really. Thanks, but no thanks. Edit: the problem wasn't the VIP it was the offer, I was trying to work out how much you actually save, and no I won't be messaging you, I did 3 times and got sent around the houses. Why would I want to put myself through that poor customer service again. Seems like a lot of your reviews agree. Second edit: Your reply's don't mean much let's look at the stats instead so you get an idea... Fabletics UK is 128 out of 128 best companies in the category active sports wear. (So the worst basically). Fabletics UK is 7 out of 8 companies in couture store. Fabletics UK us 40 out of 40 companies in running shop. Fabletics UK is 129 out of 131 in sporting goods. Fabletics UK is 135 out of 138 Sports wear. Fabletics UK is 21 out of 21 for sportwear manufacture. (source: trust pilot) Essentially the company is objectively bad. your practices are dishonest and people clearly don't like it. I would have picked a more meaningful response to mine and others concerns and actually addressed the issues.

Untrustworthy company, do not buy from. Unwillingly sign their customers up to a £50 a month subscription after purchase, for a clothing company have you ever heard anything like it? When I disputed the charge I got a refund, only for them to take it back again. Will not be purchasing again.

Absolutely shocking customer service; tried to stop subscription and request a refund, only to be told ‘don’t send us any more emails’ from their email account whilst simultaneously getting a message from their social media account telling me that they need more information…. Totally unacceptable and will be escalating to trading standards as they have now breached UK statutory regulations. Very disappointing.

The response times for both your website and your app are too slow. I timed it and your app took over 2 mins to log in fully and show me options. I'm going to cancel my membership because it's becoming too much of a hassle to deal with your sites.

THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. THE PHONE CALL I MADE TO CANCEL AND CONFIRM DIDN'T ACUALLY HAPPEN AND THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. SCAM ARTISTS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Awful. Couldn’t even browse their products without them forcing me to sign up with my email and details. Absolutely disgusting and they just lost a customer because of their agonising pre-questioning and potential marketing strategies. Go away!

I cannot believe what a headache it has been trying to get a refund from canceling my account. One moment I’m told it’s not possible, the next I’m told it’s being processed, then out of nowhere they have to “review” my case. I have been nothing but patient and kind to their customer service team. This is getting so out of hand. I just want a refund.

Easy informative website and class products however really frustrating that I couldn't find where to put EXTRA10 code and almost gave up ... i will email or phone asap On checking next day I see that discount was applied automatically

I’ve shopped with Fabletics for a few years now. Their clothes always make me feel great, make me look good and also, they are practical and so much fun. Now I don’t look to buying clothes anywhere else - unless it’s second hand - I just don’t see the point. Always I have had first class service and efficient delivery. Very highly recommend. My three daughters of 24, 15 and 12 are also massive fans of Fabletics clothes.

I like the products very much, sizing is usually spot on, but I wish the out of stock items were removed from the list!!! So frustrating to click time and time again to find items not available!

När man skaffar VIP medlemskap dras pengar varje månad. Sedan kan man man hoppa över om man inte vill handla en månad. Problemet är att helt plötsligt går det inte att logga in på deras hemsida just de dagarna när man ska hoppa över. Hänt mer än en gång. Jag väljer nu att avsluta trots att de har mina pengar. Jag ville handla för mina pengar som jag satte in men innan jag hade hunnit göra det hade de dragit mer pengar osv. Varorna som jag lyckades beställa var dock bra. Jag får skylla mig själv, jag vet!

The VIP deal is not explained when you purchase something I have been charged £54 for the VIP which I didn't realise I had apparently signed up for bit of a con and not very clear just been on there chat and refusing to refund not happy
