Jul 25,2024Went with Fairway Logistics and It started off good, and then I became hesitant after I gave a holding deposit, because I did not hear back from them till a couple days later. I came to find out after looking into the company that they are brokers, and still need to find a transporter. l did learn they are a legitimate company and a licensed broker. I spoke with Abraham Cole, who was very professional and he reassured me that he would keep me in continuous contact and communication as the process goes, along with all updates. Abraham Cole went out of his way to do the work for me in that he found the best transporter not only for the dates that I needed, but also took into consideration the money or budget that I was able to afford. The total was a fair price and it beat out all the other quotes that I was getting from other transport companies. He did choose Auto transport solutions as the carrier and offered a better price overall in transporting the vehicle. Alek, the driver did a great job transporting my vehicle and delivery was also good. The only thing was that the driver was very impatient in working out a best time for me. This driver Alex, just needs to learn to give a 30 min gap time before moving on to his next drop off. I clearly understand he was needing to be on the move, but needs to learn to have more patience.

Jul 23,2024I was warned that if I go with a broker like Fairways Logistics they will not come through. Abraham Cole did a great job finding a very good transporter for my car from Florida to Michigan. The pick up and drop off went very well. I couldnt be more satisfied.

Jul 18,2024Great service, the car was picked up and delivered very promptly. I did pay more than the initial agreed upon amount but it was worth it because of the speed with which my car arrived. It got there before my FedEx boxes! Customer service is great. They are very responsive and polite. Will definitely utilize the service if need be in the future.

But the delivery was quick.. Charlotte to Los Angeles over the weekend Friday to Monday. Definitely recommend Ben & his car transport service

He said he would and all he did was lower the price. I would like a VP or Manager talk to him and if doesn't come down I will call fmca and Dat to shut down the company DAT account.(6152385706)
