Aug 13,2024Shawn with this company called, text, emailed us 15-20 daily for several days and we decided to go with them. He quoted us a number and guaranteed our arrival date several times. We paid the deposit then we were told they wanted double the price to transport and it would now be a couple days late. They are very unethical and just want your money and business then they don’t care. I have emailed Shawn back 3 times with suddenly no respond or call back. You cannot quote someone a price and then double the price. We asked for our deposit back(hopefully they send it) and went with another company.

Aug 12,2024Well dealing with this company was my first car transportation set up. Price started out to be 250. Which was very helpful. But shot up to 400 because I had to change the pick update. They worked with vendors to find the best price. While other companies were trying to get me to pay 600. Henry Lewis was my go between guy, he did good in aiding the smooth transition from one state to another. I gave a 4 star because everyone can always get better.

He is straight forward and honest and don’t BS. His customer service is unparalleled! I dealt with other brokers and shipping companies and in my opinion Fairways Logistics is the cream of the crop. Any military members shipping vehicles, please check out Fairways Logistics and ask for James. I’m going to call him “Big Game James!!”

He provided continuous updates during transportation. Mr. Mohammed, truck driver, did a wonderful job also. He brought my car to my driveway. These people did a wonderful job for me. They are on top of my list for transportation help in the future.

Aug 04,2024I worked with Ben for arranging to get a car shipped to Florida. Ben was on top of it and always kept me informed as to where he was in finding someone reasonably priced. He connected us with a great husband and wife company that could not have been any nicer. They picked up car next day and dropped it off the following day in Florida. Ben texted to make sure all went smooth and that the car arrived. I will definitely use Ben again at the end of the month to bring car back.
