Aug 22,2024If I could give less than 1 star I would, they quoted me $525 to ship two japanese kei vehicles from virginia to ohio, these are very small and light vehicles, both combined weigh what one subcompact American car weighs, so the price didn't seem too good to be true. I signed the contract and paid a $125 deposit with $400 due on delivery, the day they were supposed to pick up they called to say the drivers trailer was inoperable and they'd call back when they find another driver, when they called back the price jumped to $1000 on delivery, I refused and told them to refund my deposit, which they never did, they continued calling back offering me other drivers at different costs, finally the day I had to depart Virginia I agreed to a driver for $750 cash on delivery, so I paid $875 vs the $525 quoted. The driver didn't speak any English, he was from Georgia (the Eastern European country, not the state in the southern U.S.), he was hostile, aggressive, and just a douchebag in general. The driver (who I only have the name of Lasha for) must have misunderstood that he was picking up two vehicles for $750, he didn't want to take them both, he called Fairway logistics and began yelling at them, I showed him the contract and he loaded both of them, then on delivery he was again hostile because I was told I could pay through Zelle and he wanted cash, I showed him that I had already paid but he hadn't received confirmation, I showed him the confirmation number and he said "don't mess with me, I'm from Georgia, you'll get hurt", I won't repeat what I said to him, but ended it with get off my property.

Aug 20,2024Company not calling or responding! Where is my car? Issues with pricing! Just stuck waiting for a good out come. Car was picked up on Saturday and is said to arrive today. From the beginning I felt this was a scam but I’m praying it’s not.

Aug 20,2024Great company to work with, John Taylor helped us out with a load from start to finish. Payment was easy to collect, clear communication with Carrier at all time. He also helped us out one night during after-hours which is so important when we need to reach clients last min. Amazing work and would gladly work with company again. Consider them for booking your next long distance car transportation.

Aug 19,2024Jacob Miller, might not even be his real name, promised me a good price, assured me that the pick up date for my car will be on time. No problem! The day of the pick up didn't show up and didn't even call. I called him. At least, he answered. He said he has a truck that can pick up my car tomorrow for an extra $850. I gave another two days to pick up my car. I even offered to add another $200 to pick it up and deliver on time. What a scam! I know it was too good to be true deal. I ended up cancelling my flight, rent a car, and I drove my car from California to South Carolina. Up to now he has not refunded me my $200 deposit. If it is too good to be true, it is. DON'T TRUST THIS FAIRWAY LOGISTICS! How can a money making company have a non-profit domain?

Aug 17,2024Lucca was amazing to work with. He was always available and accommodated all my needs. I shipped my car and motorcycle from Chicago to Seattle. Everything was smooth, incredible service and really kind drivers. I got consistent updates on where my shipment was . The prices were a steal. Would definitely use fairway logistics again for my shipping my needs. Especially because of how patient and responsive Luca was.
