Mar 09,2016I live in England and it was fantastic to receive this package within a few days of the order. I was very impressed. it gets 4 star because the box arrived damaged, it was a shame, since it was a gift. The goods inside were fine and no complaints there.

Jan 21,2016I ordered the QUINNY Moodd and it was delivered by FedEx. As soon as the order was placed I received a call from Aidan Cox explaining everything to me about the QUINNY moodd which I found very helpful. Excellent delivery time. I had one very minor issue with the front wheel (possibly due to shipping) but they resolved it in no time, sending me a brand new part again using FedEx whom I think are excellent! Their online chat facility is very good and they reply almost instantly. Would highly recommend them.

Jan 10,2016Initially the wrong item was send. We received the correct item within a day and we didn't have to go through the trouble of shipping the wrong item back. Costumer service was very friendly and helpful. Because of the quick response and kindness I give 5 stars. Makedo is easy to use and only fantasy is the limit. Our 9 year old son loves it because his cardboard houses are now sturdy.

The shopping experience was very straightforward, I did it all through English, and everything arrived about 2 days later - much faster than I expected. I appreciated the friendly tone in all the communications and would love to shop with family-national again.

Jul 25,2015The ordering of three products was of the most pleasant experience - easy and straight forward. The communication was efficient and clear. The bitter part was waiting for six long days for my order to be delivered and the worst is disappointment with Linea Mamma Baby shampoo & bath gel, which was of different colour (pale yellow), smell and characteristics of the product itself vs the shampoo of bright yellow colour and excellent result I use from the same company's travel kit. The question arises regards the quality consistency with the manufacturar.
