The package shipped from Italy to the Netherlands and everything went well via FedEx. The email contact was very friendly and clear. The next order was the right size and I am very happy with the product.

Aug 03,2023Return of item almost impossible. Not only expenses were on buyer but requirements were very burdensome (only registered post, making the return as expensive as the item; printing out labels in multiple copies etc).

I had picked and confirmed. Family Mation has confirmed order with supplier and few days later was inform that production delay and now have to wait for additional 1 month. Your office had confirmed in stock earlier and now still have to wait. Sorry

Jul 01,2023I ordered a Bugaboo bee 6 limited edition. I searched all over for it and only Family Nation had it in stock. My parcel was shipped off right away next day! We had some issues with the delivery because I wasn't home when they attempted delivery but I spoke with Miriam from customer service and she was so helpful! She right away notified FedEx to re-attempt delivery and I got it! Cant wait to use it. Would defiantly buy by Family Nation again! Such excellent service.
