She gave me a gift certificate for the amount to replace the zipper, and notified the company (Seraphine). I highly recommend Family Nation for their attentiveness and care. Keep up the good work!

Nov 22,2014a very wide variety of beautiful, eco, original baby products' shop. Have ordered twice & delivery experience was very different the 2times. First was super quick, able to track even though not needed & was very happy about it. 2 nd time was after 8 days, was not able to track & staff did not seem to worry about the delay although they made actions, asking around about my package. Not to mention that i was at home when the courier service said they tried to deliver & no delivery note was ever found...Will try again though since the company said they will change the courier company. Also love the instant online chat facility gives you the sense they are always there to answer your questions!

I got the 'Londji' small decorated carrying case and birthday countdown card for our young granddaughter...both are delightfully charming, creative, and very well made. The service was fantastic...order placed on a weekend, received here in the UK by Tuesday, everything well packaged. Thank You Family-Nation ~ we won't hesitate to recommend your website and fully expect to be back ourselves.

Jan 13,2014I did not get my package within the promised 24-48h. When I phoned to check, apparently DHL didn't do the pickup at your company on the evening you wanted it sent. Especially the lack of communication bothers me.

Would definitely purchase from the websit again, When the parcel arrived it was packaged appropriately and also had a handwritten thankyou note which was such a lovely idea !

Dec 13,2013Family Nation has carefully selected products which are tested and trusted. The biggest problem I have is limiting the number of things that I want to buy for my baby, myself and as gifts. I have been pleasantly surprised that each item I purchased was even better in person than on the website. The customer service has been impeccable - quick delivery and lovely packaging.
