I wanted to buy some gifts to be sent in the US. I chose Family Nation because I knew they had original products that are also thought through and of great quality. The description of the products was also very helpful to guide me in my decision. The ordering process was really easy and the gifts were sent in absolutely no time. I also very much appreciated the quick and efficient customer service to respond to questions... Overall, a great experience that I recommend to anyone wanting to buy gifts or to pamper themselves...

A dear friend of ours is pregnant and awaiting birth of her first baby, she's alone with only her husband, no friends nor family with her in Italy where she was married to. We (in Singapore) have been childhood friends and wanting to sent her a nice gift to congratulate and encourage her. Through a friend's recommendation, we found Family-Nation. Aidan and Emilia was so fast in their response and made sure that a nice gift is co-ordinated to our friend that is within our budget. Our friend was very pleased with the gift and it was sent in good time! We were impressed! Highly recommended to all who wants to send love across the globe. Well done guys!

Placed my order and received confirmation right away. My order was processed and shipped within 24 hours and the package was a delight to open - the birthday gift was wrapped perfectly. Ordering from Australia during a busy holiday period (I left my shopping to the last minute as usual!) I wasn't sure when my package would arrive but Family Nation did a great job in making sure that everything arrived on time, beautifully packaged and all at a very good price!
