Jun 21,2022Well made the initial reservation on 6/17/22 was told one price then today I received an email stating that they could not honor that rate. So I ended up paying $400 Plus more for the same flights. The customer service person was very professional and pleasant.

Jun 03,2022It was disappointing when I found that the flight reservation I made was not available after I completed the process. The representative Wilson explained that the economy seats I reserved are not available but only the seats in main cabin. He was polite and professional. He answered all my questions with patience. He was very helpful and helped me to confirm seats in the main cabin in a timely manner. Even though I paid 400 something more dollars than the initial expected amount, the total amount is much cheaper than what I would have paid if I go through the official delta website. So I’m satisfied.
