May 27,2022ZERO F'N STARS I would not recommend this company to anyone. Every step of the way, this company has been a total pain in the backside. I booked a trip with a total of 4 flights for two passengers 4 months ago, couple hundred dollars cheaper, cool! Then Farecorner emails saying they need addition funds to book the flights. Also, they charge my credit card in amounts less than $1000, which is fishy. They changed one of the 4 legs of our round trip flight to a different time and told me that they didn't offer flights at the original time, which was BS. The earlier flight was cheaper, maybe they just pocket the difference? After a phone call, they corrected it. To top it off, they screwed up my GF's name. They added her middle initial to the end of her first name. I've had at least 7 phone calls to them when they actually answer the phone. The phone number used to be 888-749-0002, but now it is 866-331-6636. WHAT TYPE OF LEGIT COMPANY DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS? We are set to leave on 5/28/22. I have maybe 40% confidence that these 4 flights will go off without a hitch. I'll report back afterwards. Don't use Farecorner.com Period. Update: Our 4 flights went off without a hitch. I would not trust Farecorner.com with another booking. They are terrible.

May 27,2022This was a new way of booking flights for me, in todays day and age flights are more expensive than ever. I worked with Jimmy Stokes, he explained the process to me and was very patient. Although we didn't get our original price (the plane was booked, so we had to upgrade) it was still cheaper than the other websites. We do not leave on our trip for awhile, so we will see how the ticket situation works out. Thank you Jimmy for following through and doing what you said you were going to do. I appreciate your good customer service.

May 05,2022First I book my tickets, I did not confirmation email when I chat online with customer representative he asked me to call as it was big changed in my ticket price. When I called asked me for more price than I paid a lot more. This website is big rip off. I asked him if anything will change , he said your tickets will remain same as I picked it. Still I didn’t get tickets confirmation, next day when I chat with customer representative he sent me tickets destabilize to me. Then I tried to select seats and I noticed my tickets was basic economy where I don’t have choice to choose seats besides that have to pay for carry on.
