I called to speak with someone with Fatecorner and was told there are no seats in the original cabin I will need to pay $150 more for the main cabin. How was I going to know if I didn’t contact them. Very strange, and I’m still not feeling too comfortable with the purchase I made. Still waiting for that confirmation.

Jul 15,2022Do Not Use this company. They are a bait and switch company. You purchase what you believe to be cheap tickets online. The next day they will contact you either by phone or email and claim that the tickets you bought are no longer available and try to sell you upgraded seats. The kicker is they will describe the upgraded seats which end up being the very same seat that you had purchased to begin with. I am not sure how they are still in business.

Jul 12,2022Saved almost $2300 by booking through farecorner.com. They did up-charge me $550 from the original price quoted but with the massive savings from what the airline wanted I didn’t fight it. Once I accepted their fare I had my confirmation and tickets the next day. I would have given them 6 stars if the original price was honored.

Jun 28,2022This site is a total scam. They hit me up for an extra $150 and still will not confirm my flight. They are still advertising the lower price on their site. They made me send them photos of my driver's license and credit card which I have never had to do before to purchase domestic airline tickets. Still after all of that and hours dealing with them on the help chat, phone, and email, they are telling me that it will be an additional 24 hours before a get a confirmation number for my flight. This company is shady at best. These practices should be illegal. Still not even sure I have a flight confirmed with them. I would NEVER have gotten my ticket through them knowing it would have been this difficult, no matter what price they offered. The most annoying part is that without a confirmation, they could come back to me asking for EVEN MORE money or just not respond. I wonder how long it would have taken them to get back to me about the more expensive fare if I hadn't contacted them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jun 26,2022This is the first time I have used Farecorner. I was hesitant because of some negative reviews I had read. I was surprised when I received notice that I needed to call them to confirm the charge for the air ticket. I replied and confirmed that they could charge the air ticket and they did; however, there was an additional charge of $92 for processing the ticket that I was NOT told about. This brought the cost of the ticket up to the same price I would have paid through another online site or directly through an airlines website. After I received the confirmation for the flight, I went on the airline website and found that I did NOT have a seat assignment. I'm glad I checked because the flights were nearly full; however, at the same time, I was not allowed to pay for an upgrade to better seats. I was locked into economy class only, even though I was willing to pay for an upgrade.

Jun 25,2022If it’s too good to be true it’s probably not. After receiving an unbelievable good ticket rate I was expecting a call back. Sure enough the cheap tickets were unavailable, however I was still able to purchase tickets at a good price. I will use this service again.
