Apr 23,2022I just got off the phone with Mr Syre who assisted me in getting a discount on four tickets to the East Coast from San Francisco. Because of the fuel costs and inflation, airfares have increased exponentially. I found a great deal on their website that they honored. I had to call their number and talk to them in person to place the order for four tickets. Mr Syre was very professional and took the time to review all information on the tickets. He even called me back the following day before processing the order to double check the spelling on one of the names. Who ever gets to talk live with a real person on the phone these days! I was also very pleased with the savings from the offer. I double checked United and the confirmation numbers. All looked accurate and official. I would give them 5 stars but that would only be earned after the whole flying experience was over. My trip is this summer.
