Nov 26,2022I was desperately seeking a last minute holiday flight. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Farecorner. They were showing a ticket price half that of the other travel sites. I called the number to determine whether the advertised fare was truly available. The live agent informed me that the tickets they at that price were gone and the website needed to be updated. But, he said he had some slightly more expensive tickets for better seats. I became suspicious, but continued to discuss my desired flights, costs and cancellation policies if that became necessary. Holding my breath, I paid for the tickets. In less than 24 hours, I received confirmation of booking and itinerary number from the airline. Needless to say, I was very relieved and thankful to the knowledgeable agent who assisted me. I would certainly recommend Farecorner to anyone looking for airfare. I would suggest calling directly rather than booking online. The customer service agents can help avoid misunderstandings and provide reassuring details right from the beginning.

Nov 23,2022It's been good so far, but haven't actually taken the flight yet. Right after I wrote this I got a call the economy seats I reserved were not available. I would need to upgrade at the cost of $200 to take the flight. I paid the &200. I was not upgraded, I was in the economy seats in the back of the plane. I contacted Farecorner and got not response.
