Frank was the BEST OR I CAN DAY...NOTHIMG BUT GREATNESS. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE HIM. HIS ATTENTION TO DETAILS WAS NOTHING BUT THE LEVEL HE MUST HAVR BERN TRAINED BY THE VERY BEST. PLEASE INDERSTAND I OWN TWO COLLEGES AND I KNOW WHERE HE RANKS. 10 OUT OF 10 BE PROUD

The representative my husband spoke with to book the flight was top notch. He was extremely helpful, including helping me navigate what I needed to do on my computer to authorize the credit card payment. However, it took a while for the email confirmation, which stated that I would receive my e ticket within a few hours. Several additional phone calls, with a promise of an e ticket within 6 hours. It took 4 days for me to receive it.

Air fares were agreed on in writing, then 1 hour later comes an email and says "sorry rates have changed." And the ticket prices had "doubled." what a rip off.

It was a nightmare situation. I was going to watch my daughter sing in Sydney Australia. And I screwed up my tickets. These guys were professional. Courteous, good at their job! They help me through a crisis. I was a little skeptical at first. But these guys got the job done. It did cost money but it was painless. A shout out to Kevin Matthews. Five star review thank you 👍🏻
