Jun 20,2019Total FRAUD! BEWARE - BEWARE -BEWARE They represent themselves as reps of airlines. I called to cancel a flight. They charged me a cancellation fee of $198 with a promise of a full refund for what I spent on flights. Since flights were non refundable, I thought I would at least recoup half. They charged my card but never issued the credit. Flight never cancelled. Airline has never heard of them. I disputed the charge with my cc co and they never responded to the cc company. They are calling me relentlessly telling me to reverse the dispute. STEER CLEAR!

Jun 25,2019Johnnie was my agent. Our granddaughter missed a connecting flight with Frontier and was told there was no flight until tomorrow. We immediately looked for other flights and when we found one we booked a united flight with johnnie because she was traveling with a small dog and could not book on line. Then we had a problem with the payment going through to United even though the cc company had approved it. FINALLY, with Johnnie’s help, it went through and she was given her boarding passes. I was extremely distraught with the events but Johnnie remained calm and patient with me. I am thankful for his kindness to me today. He needs a raise or a bonus for outstanding service!
