May 25,2019After a Ton of Phone calls and being On Hold for Hours , They offered A round tip Flight with a decent price , I gave them all my information including my Credit card , Date of Birth , Address and ............ , Got an email to verify , Did that . They asked for a picture of Credit Card and ID , Sent them . They Charged the Credit Card . I got an email from them to pay by PayPal , I Refused . I've called them 3-4 times since Two weeks ago , They say they have emailed my tickets . HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS YET . I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING AIR TICKETS .

May 24,2019Jax was very helpful in waiving the non refundable policy. Instead of lost the entire ticket value I was credited back the entire ticket and charged a $150 fee. It sure beats the alternative. Thanks, Paul

I have never had a more patient & thorough CSR. He was sure to give me his extension in case we got disconnected & took my number as well.
