Mar 01,2019It’s a scam I made reservations on line received confirmation email and then few hours later they said they need copy of credit cards and I’d , and requested 50$ more per person...they never send e-ticket after confirmation, be careful they are not in us . They are in India.

After the changes were made to my reservation, I recieved another phone call from Emilio later that morning. He informed me that a flight I was interested in was available for booking at the same price as my previously scheduled flight. I truly appreciate the work ethics Emilio has. Although Faremart had to charge us $75 cancellation fee for each ticket, at least it was pleasant to talk to Adam. He is polite and knowledgeable.

Apr 29,2019My family and I were intending to go on a Spring break vacation, we had been planning for quite some time.. I had trouble checking in 24 hours prior and Allegiant Airlines. They said that our tickets had been cancelled. I called Faremart and they had to change some things but we had a new confirmation number that worked.. I didn't sleep very well the whole night.. We got to the airport, got all the way to the gate and as we were trying to board, the tickets were cancelled again. There wasn't enough time to purchase new tickets. So no vacation!!!! All that Faremart was able to do was refund the money and blame it all on Allegiant.. Allegiant said the tickets were purchased with fake vouchers.. Horrible company Faremart.....
