Nov 14,2024Great evening i pray all is well not only did i not receive my boarding passes the standard 24 hours before boarding you said that you would be available 24/7 i reached out and got no one i didn’t received notification until the end of the business day the evening before not a phone call of a text just an email you took my money and didn’t provide the complete service i paid for this is unprofessional and shameful to say the least and your company should hold yourselves responsible but this had become standard business practice these days i definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone or would i be a returning customer!!!

Nov 14,2024Fareporto.com is a scam. They promote low rates, but then call or email you saying that price is no longer available. They "warn" you in a threatening tone that the money you paid is non-refundable and that you have to pay a new fare to travel. But the reality is that the entire system is made to rush you to pay more money for the air ticket. If you have already purchased your ticket, report it to your bank, avoid having your money withdrawn and look for a ticket with another company.

Nov 12,2024I booked a flight for about 400$. Was called back and told basically I could get the flight for that but I couldn’t have a bag with me. I upgraded for 270$ more and was told they would bill me and send my ticket in soon. 4-5 hours later nothing. I called back and was told that flight wasn’t available either. Changed it again during dinner with my family. Finally got billed and my ticket. Then at 9:00 pm brooklyn woods called again to remind me to do my review so here I am

Nov 11,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS! I booked a flight and got a confirmation email and it appeared valid but it was not. They called and emailed advising that there was a problem. And then wanted almost double the original amount to upgrade. Otherwise, I would be on standby and cannot check a bag or have a carry on bag. This was never revealed during the booking. Don’t fall for it!
