If in the future I need to add or detract from this will, I will add a further review, but to get started on an initial will, without complications, very pleased that we chose this company, hence the five stars.

Jan 15,2025I've just read a previous review by a Tony and I could almost cut & paste it. After spending a hour or so completing the online will for my 89 year old mother-in-law and submitting they emailed to say they needed to speak to my her independently which was fine only to receive an email the following day stating that "the testator was not present during the creation of the will. Within our terms and conditions, to use our service and create a will with us you need to: "Be able to independently navigate the online journey to create your document" Why wasn't this made apparent to her on the two occasions she telephoned them? Total waste of time.
