I was gifted a meat package for a birthday,having purchased previously and been satisfied with the quality I was so disappointed to cook what looked like a nice steak to find it full of sinew.I photographed the parts inedible and sent to Farmison for comment.They never had the decency to reply.Never again.Customer service stinks.

Purchase a£100 joint for a special birthday party. Meat failed to turn up on time for the party. When it did turn up was fatty and very poor quality. Did complain but got a one line response simply saying it was delivered. Poor product, dreadful customer service will stop using this company. There are better ones around.
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now due to their quality and range of cuts, especially lesser-known steak cuts and their brilliant merging sausages. I highly recommend the steak kit as a dinner party option—try new cuts with friends. Recently, we had a problem with our Christmas order, and they guys handled it brilliantly. A true sign of a brilliant business is one that has brilliant produce and cares about its customers.
Despite ordering 3 weeks in advance, I received an email the night before delivery stating they do not have the duck I ordered and will be providing me with frozen instead of fresh. Despite me declining and requesting fresh/ refund, frozen was still sent, 400g less than described and no response from this company to any of my emails. Not to be trusted as they were still selling fresh duck for next day delivery.

As the head of the family, I wanted to make this festive occasion truly special. With that in mind, I decided to treat everyone to a remarkable meal that would leave a lasting impression. I carefully selected a beautifully aged sirloin joint from Framison and Co. The process of ordering online was seamless; their website provided detailed descriptions that made choosing the perfect cut easy. When the meat arrived on my chosen delivery date, just before Christmas, I was delighted to find it matched the exquisite image displayed online—truly a feast for the eyes. Knowing the significance of this meal, I took extra care in preparing the sirloin. I seasoned it with a blend of herbs and spices, ensuring that I enhanced its rich flavor without overpowering it. As I set it to roast, the tantalizing aroma began to fill our home, setting the stage for a memorable feast. Finally, the moment came to carve the meat at the dinner table. We made quite a substantial order for Christmas, firstly one of the joints we ordered was not available so was substituted for a similar joint which was not ideal but we had no choice to accept it. We ordered a turkey and also a pork joint, both absolutely rancid when we opened them. Emailed three times now and no response. Never again.
I have been buying meat from Famison now, for around 2/3 years. The quality of their meat is second to none and they always do special offers. This Xmas, i ordered a capon around the start of November as there was a £10 off included for early Xmas orders, plus it would have definitely ordered my Xmas meat from them anyway. The parcel went out for delivery with DPD but they just left it at my door on the 20th December and when i returned home the parcel wasn't there! To cut a long story short I started panicking that i wouldn't have my Xmas lunch and Xmas would be ruined. Also it was Friday and when I got home the offices were closed. So I sent an email, expecting a reply on Monday 23rd December. Instead Paul replied back to me on Sunday 22nd December and after looking into the delivery info from DPD, got another Capon shipped out to me on the 24th December saving my Xmas. Thank you so much Paul and Farmison for ypur help in saving my Xmas. If ypu don't know about their meats then you need to get to know. Top quality, amazing produce and second to none customer service. The best online butcher by a mile
Very disappointed that the gravy on my Xmas order was dated 23/12/24. I was told there was no more in stock and a credit would be applied to my account. A credit is worthless as I do not intend to use this company again. I certainly would not trust them with another Xmas order.
We ordered in advance for our Christmas 7 day aged lamb and popped it in the freezer ready for the big day. It defrosted nicely and once studded with garlic and rosemary cooked happily in the oven whilst we went for our Christmas walk. On returning the house was filled with sumptuous smells and we popped the pre cooked veg into the oven whilst the lamb rested. It carved beautifully and we all agreed it was the best tasting lamb we'd had in a long time. There was plenty left over for a meal the next day and some in the freezer for another time. All in all an easy choice, delicious and succulent and there was no waste as my son's dog devoured the bone! Thanks Farmison we highly recommend this 7 day aged lamb.
We purchased a Beef Wellington for 4 for Xmas day and it was awful. Meat inside very small, so it was more thick pastry at either end and no meat. The meat itself was rock solid and almost inedible. Such a rip off for £90. Shame on you taking advantage of hardworking families with fancy pictures and words, but no quality to what you produce.

Just received my Christmas order, they have not put in the turkey? I paid £120 for a free range turkey and it’s not been delivered?? No one so far has answered the phone or replied to my messages.
Well. What to say...... My first and will be last order from this company as they didn't deliver what was advertised as a centre cut fillet in their expert prepared beef Wellington. What we got was a tail end of fillet which on the tail was extra packed with puff pastry to even it out. Absolutely shocking. I had to cut and discard a third of the Wellington as it was A overcooked and B a tiny end tail of beef and a mass of pastry. Im guessing the reviews on the site aren't a true reflection and I'm sorry I. Didn't come here and check Trustpilot aswel. Edit. After emailing and complaining to the company I received a swift reply and they have refunded and apologised for the quality issue. I can't really ask for more and as such an aging this to say they have great CS and the response was excellent. Thank you Paul for the email response
