Feb 08,2023They were able to recover my data fully. However I had sent them my new personal hard drive I had purchased and asked them to transfer the data however received a different hard drive and received back my personal hard drive a week later. This is not how I had expected nor what I had wanted but the transfer was possible so I was very grateful to have them recover my data.

Feb 08,2023Fields data recovery was excellent. My issue was a broken connect for the SATA cable. They provided an overnight UPS label for me to send in the drive. They contacted me in 2 days time to let me know that they recovered my data. Price was great considering other places that would charge over 1K. They over nited my drive on a portable disk and I was able to transfer everything over. I did not have to pay for any shipping! Highly recommend Fields Data recovery! All of my apps and music and photos/videos were recovered!

Feb 02,2023I owe a lot of thanks to Fields Data Recovery for helping me recover all of my portfolio files from a broken hard drive. I was really stressed about the whole ordeal and the cost estimates I was getting back from other companies. I worked with Eric over the phone and explained my situation and he was able to meet me in a good spot price wise while being able to recover all of my data. Feb 02,2023My wife’s portable 1TB HD failed to be recognized by any of our desktops or laptops. The cause was unknown as it did not give an error message or code. She had not used it for a couple of years, but felt there were important documents or family pictures dating back for several years. I was tasked with finding a company or organization that did data recovery services. I did not have anyone to ask, so, of course, googled data recovery. I read a few reviews of a couple of companies and felt that Fields Data Recovery would be the best to approach. I filled out the online form, received a reply from a Fields rep and he detailed their services. I received a link for a no cost shipping label and sent the HD to Fields for a free evaluation and estimate, should the data be able to be recovered. They emailed me a list of all the files on the failed HD. After agreeing to the recovery charge, the process moved forward. The Fields staff kept me informed all the way. The data was able to be recovered and put on a new 1TB drive to be shipped back to us. The whole process was easy, the staff kept me updated as to the progress. All contact with Fields staff was very professional and I thank all for the customer delight. I do not remember all their names. Support called later to see if everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Fields Data Recovery, use them again should I ever need data recovery (hope it doesn’t happen again), and refer all friends and associates to Fields.

Jan 21,2023I am a musician who had the worst possible nightmare happen, I had a hard drive "die" with several years of my studio recordings stored on it!! Fortunately, I contacted Fields-Data-Recovery. They were very professional and helpful from the start. The technician clearly explained how the process works, how long it would take and the steps to receive a quote for recovery. Let me be clear, they are not cheap!! But if you have irreplaceable data on a failed drive you owe it to yourself to at last speak with Fields. Good news, they were able to recover the entire drive for me!! I highly recommend this company.

Jan 11,2023They were real. No bots to deal with. Always real people. Although I know/knew they were a large company, yet they always dealt with me personally and expeditiously. I didn't have to spend a penny until they had my damaged drive in their hands and told what they could do and what to expect in recovery. The damaged disk contained all of my 50,000 or so images gathered over the entire history of digital cameras (and a few from the dark ages before there were digital machines) What they did was recover 95% of what was on the Terabyte disk.

They emailed an overnight shipping label. I shipped the drive and they turned it around in a day. It was exactly what we needed!

Dec 22,2022As feared, this feels like a complete scam. Sent the drive in, got word that everything looked promising. Paid their $1,700 (with no guarantee of recovery). Lots of encouraging updates, parts being bought, (even though I sent them an identical perfectly working drive for parts), etc. (Probably scripted). Got word two weeks later that zero data could be recovered. The product was an external backup drive that got dropped. Feels like a perfect scam
