Sep 28,2023I was in a pinch after my external harddrive went down and took all of my design and video files with it. I couldn't find anybody who was able to scrape the data effectively. Finally I came across Field Data Recovery who sent me a pre-paid shipment box, contacted me every step of the way, and were able to pull everything off of the old drive. With the data now in hand I can say that it was a job well done and I'm glad to not have lost anything in the process! WO-007712

Sep 12,2023I have used an external USB backup device over a number of years, but recently I have not been able to access this drive. As most of my photographs seem to be lost, I seasoned that they were probably on this USB drive. I contacted Fields Data Recovery, and they agreed to look at the drive to see what files were on it. This was evidently quite a difficult job, which took some time. Fields recovered most (if not all) of my photos and other files, and returned them to me on a 1 Tb USB drive. I can't speak too highly of Fields, and I am delighted to have my photographs restored. Many thanks!

Aug 22,2023I had all of my family videos and photos on an external hard drive. Unfortunately the back-up I thought was happening... wasn't. Fields Data Recovery recovered everything! I especially liked that they sent the free shipping label, I was contacted by phone the next day when they received it. As they worked on the hard drive they called me to notified me of the daily progress. They were able to tell me what was on the hard drive before I committed to having them send it to me. Very professional. When I read the reviews I found it helpful to have an idea of what the cost might be... mine was around $1,300.

Oct 10,2023Fields Data Recovery got my wedding pictures and my son's newborn hospital baby pictures back after another 5 star data recovery company with a high success rate in my area couldn't do it. I had sent inquiries to a few different companies. I chose the local company first because I was hesitant to send my hard drive through the mail. I was gutted that they were unsuccessful. I almost threw out my hard drive!! Soon after, I got a follow up email from Fields to see if I still needed help. After receiving clear, friendly, and efficient communication, I decided to give it another shot since they provided a free shipping label via email to get my hard drive out to them. Also, they offer a free evaluation. Nothing to lose! Julian, the account manager, was the nicest - I appreciate great customer service and he truly provided that. He kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls, emails, and voicemail messages. Anywhere you go, data recovery is expensive. I see a lot of people in the reviews complaining about the price. Fields ended up being less expensive than the place that was unsuccessful. I like that Fields will send you a link where you can look at all the data they can recover before you decide to purchase. Julian told me I would get my data back in 3-4 weeks after I told him time wasn't an issue. But I ended up receiving a hard drive w my data the same week he told me the good news that they could recover my data. He told me on a Monday and I received my recovered data on Friday! I would definitely recommend using this company. I couldn't have had a better experience. It's such a hard thing to lose important files. Customer service reps need to be compassionate, and that's exactly what I got from Julian and his team.
