Fields Data beat that price by a few hundred dollars. I was hoping the price wouldn't be as high - but I now have peace of mind knowing I have my documents!

Oct 27,2022Extremely disappointing with this company, the way they do business and the end results. Definitely feel ripped off base on high recommendations. A fifteen hundred dollar mistake I will never make again! Be warmed this group will rob you. The only steps they do right is shipping and returns, but they do not put the customer 1st except for communicating to you, their fee and nonrefundable policy which is a scam. An awful experience!

I thought there was no hope so I'm extremely grateful I found Fields data recovery. They were extremely quick and very communicative about the process and timing. Oct 26,2022My experience with Fields was awesome. Contacted them with my issue. Next day got the ball rolling with recovering the data off my external hard drive. Decades worth of pictures we’re on the line. They recovered everything I lost. The did so all within a couple days of receiving my device. Price was fair. I didn’t really compare prices and no one I know has ever used a company like this. Overall great experience.

Oct 10,2022Everyone at Fields Data Recovery were really quick to respond. Communication was really good. I got updates for every step and the no obligations was very comforting. The baseline cost is the cheapest I found. I was told that most other companies are sending devices to them and can upcharge shipping. I checked a couple other places and I believe that. I ended up with a replacement hard drive. There was some shuffling of data which was anticipated, but all the data I was expecting was there. One warning: if they send you a data list, check it. I ended up with duplicate files and a ton of weird trash files, so that likely increased the price. I didn't check before hand, and that probably would have saved me a lot of time and money.

I received the memory stick with all of the data very quickly once payment for data recovery was made, and am so thankful to have all of my information and family memories recovered!

Sep 27,2022The hard drive in my computer that was being used as a server decided to fail. The backup apparently wasn't backing up for quite a while. Took the drive to Fields. In a few days they contacted me, told me how much info was recovered and said they would send a usb drive to me. Received the drive and it had all of the data I needed. It would have been a nightmare to reconstruct everything on our own. Many thanks to everyone at Fields Data Recovery!

Sep 09,2022SCAM! DO NOT DEAL with this company!! Fields Data Recovery was extremely misleading and scam ! They ensured me that they had a 97% success rate with no charge if they could not recover lost files from my device and would ship back at no charge. After their assessment, they called and stated that it was 99 % possible and this operation involves skilled engineering time and have to send it out to a level 5 lab which have three options for prices, immediate 3280 3-6 days , express 2180 1-2 weeks and longer time 3-4 weeks would have to charge me $1,480 .00 regardless of if they were successful or not, which they most likely would not be and will take 2-3 weeks and i have to $3500 if want in a week. What a loss of $1680! Not to mention I had shipped my computer and were holding for 3 week and gave me computer back after charging me more $80 with pen drive with information that i have recovered without much knowledge. they are very polite till get computer and then you hardly can get in touch and cold If you want quality CARE, SERVICE and GUARANTEE save your time and money and go with a legitimate company!

Sep 03,2022I was very impressed with Fields Data Recovery! They were able to accept my external hard drive on short notice and get back to me in a timely manner. My only complaint at all would just be that I would often be told I would get a call back either "later that day" or "tomorrow" but the wait would often be longer, I also never received the email with savable file names as was advertised. However, this is hardly a detriment considering they were able to recover every single file I had lost and give it to me on a brand new hard drive for a fair price. I only mention this as a warning to anyone who may want to use this service to please be patient, they know what they're doing. It was a little expensive to get all my files, but for anyone out there it just boils down to how much is your information worth? I found the amount I paid to be more than fair, and the service was kind, friendly, and understanding of my problems. In the unfortunate event that I may have another hard drive crash, I will certainly be using Fields again.
