Oct 06,2024Once the application process was complete it was smooth and effortless. However, during the process there was a period of about a week when nothing was happening. I checked the dashboard everyday and no new information was available. Everything was ticked off as completed and just waiting for the notary appointment. I then called and was told that Figure needed a copy of the deed. I didn't see that on the dashboard otherwise I would have responded had I seen that note, nor did I receive a call or email telling me that the process was being held up until the deed was received (at least I don't remember a call or email).
