Sep 22,2022I live remotely now, but I've been buying Finlandia products for over 20 years. In my most recent purchase I ordered pro-biotics which require refrigeration, and the online order was carefully packed with an ice bag that kept it cool, and it arrived safely in the mail. Thank you!

Sep 18,2022I placed an order for items that were in stock. However, I received an email a few days later informing that the items were no longer in stock and would be shipped when available. I originally placed the order on Sep 3rd and need this item. It has now been two weeks and still no indication of when I will receive. I would have appreciated an option of whether I wanted to keep this order or cancel, as it has been 2 weeks. I ended up purchasing the item from Amazon who was able to deliver the item the next day. I still await the items I have already paid for and need.

Sep 04,2022This is twice now that I have ordered something only to find out after the fact that it is on back order. I am still waiting for the most recent order to be fulfilled, and has it now been more than two weeks? I’ve lost track. I would have appreciated the courtesy of being informed prior to purchase so I could make the choice at that time to order from somewhere else...especially since this is for inflammation control. Please keep the website up-to-date with the inventory. It should be easy enough...that one has to question the motive for not doing so...

I let them know that I would not be able to pick it up at the set date and they let me know that they would hold it for 2 months. Thanks for great communication.
