I called and left a message with the Order department to call me regarding the status of my order. I left the order #, my name and phone number. I have yet to receive a return call. 3. It has been one day short of three (3) weeks and I am still waiting for the arrival of my order. That is why I rated 1 out of 5. If there was a zero I would have given that rating. E.
