Information on the website was inaccurate in terms of the availability of products. I paid for 'next day' delivery of items but the delivery took four days. This is unacceptable service.

Products were delivered as ordered, with free shipping, and reasonable prices. My order was delayed, as one item was out of stock, which is not unusual these days! I am glad there is Finlandia, as there are very few places near me (Richmond) that sell a wide range of supplements.

All items ordered were not in stock. I received an email asking if I wanted them to ship items separately or if I wanted to wait until they had my full order before shipping. I was very pleased that they offered this option.

I really like shopping at Finlandia. The people are warm, helpful, and your store carries a wide variety of products. The pharmacists are easy to talk with and very knowledgeable, as are the overall staff. My only negative rating would be for the rather high prices of your products. While I appreciate that you are carrying a broad service, and researching and supplying many 'high end' products, it seems that the ordinarily high prices for these products have risen even higher of late.

It arrived quickly, well packed, and still cold with ice packs (even though it was 30 degrees outside). The reminder notice to put it in the fridge right away was helpful.
