Received a “Black Friday” email from Finlandia. Made a purchase and received a note that I would be contacted by email with the following; a) confirmation of purchase; and b) notice when my product could be picked up from the store. Nothing happened. After numerous attempts to contact orders@Finlandia I received an email stating that the product I ordered was “out of stock.” It’s December 2nd and still no word. My credit card payment went through - they have my money so where is the product.

I ordered on 25th today is the 30th I haven’t received or heard anything. Yet received this to rate your service. Lol
Very impressed once again with the prices, website and overall response times at each step of the process. A+ from this long distance customer.
I received an email indicating that the product I ordered was delayed due to supply issues. The next email 4 days later asked for a review when I had not received the product. I checked my community mailbox most days except the one day when the product arrived (with no notification). The product is a probiotic which should be kept at room temperature. Unfortunately, the overnight temperature dipped below freezing. The product is expensive and I'm concerned about the impact of freezing temperatures. The online department did not return my call requesting the delivery date. The customer service group did not know the impact of freezing on the product and referred me to the company providing the product. All in all not a great customer experience.
